Abstract

Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) merupakan salah satu lembaga
pendidikan yang terdapat di Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Laut dan
mempunyai tugas mencetak perwira Angkatan Laut yang profesional, mempunyai
kemampuan penguasaan teknologi saat ini serta menuju World Class Navy. Pola
pembelajaran yang diterapkan untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut diatas adalah
dengan menggunakan sistem informasi. Terdapat 3 sistem informasi di Akademi
Angkatan Laut (AAL) yang mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar yaitu Siakad
(Sistem Informasi Akademi), Smart Class dan CBT (Computer Based Training).
Sistem informasi yang ada belum dapat di gunakan secara maksimal, karena belum
adanya keterkaitan penggunaan yang terintegrasi dengan baik.
Analisa Hipotesa Integrasi sistem informasi yaitu Siakad (Sistem
Informasi Akademi), Smart Class dan CBT (Computer Based Training), karena
dengan mengamati cara bekerja dari ketiga sistem informasi diatas masing-masing
yang berdiri sendiri dan terdapat modul-modul yang sama, persamaan tersebut bisa
diintegrasikan guna mempermudah bagi penggunanya dan perawatan serta
pengawasan perkembangan sistem informasi tersebut. Metoda penelitian yang
dilakukan oleh penulis adalah dengan meninjau secara langsung perkembangan
pemakaian yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik yaitu taruna dan taruni Akademi
Angkatan Laut (AAL). Bidang pekerjaan penulis sendiri saat ini adalah dibidang
Infolahta (Informasi dan Pengolahan Data) di Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL).
Metoda penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dapat dilihat pada bab III di
gambar 3.1.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini, diharapkan terciptanya perancangan
strategi sistem informasi yang terintegrasi untuk Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL).
Sehingga dapat menjadi bahan referensi dan panduan yang jelas bagi pimpinan di

Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) tentang kondisi sistem informasi saat ini di
lingkungan Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) untuk meningkatkan mutu kualitas
hasil didik taruna dan taruni Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) serta menuju World
Class Navy.

Naval Academy (AAL) is one of the educational institutions located in the
Indonesian Navy and has the task of printing professional Naval Officer, has the
ability mastery of current technology as well as to the World Class Navy. Learning
patterns are applied to realize the above objectives is to use the information system.
There are three systems of information on the Naval Academy (AAL) that supports
teaching and learning activities that SIAKAD (Academy of Information Systems),
SMART CLASS and CBT (Computer Based Training). Existing information systems
can not be used to the maximum, because there is no linkage using well-integrated.
Analysis Hypothesis The integration of information systems that SIAKAD
(Academic Information System), SMART CLASS and CBT (Computer Based
Training), because by observing the way of working of the three information system
above each stand-alone and there are modules are the same, the equation can be
integrated in order to make it easier for users and maintenance as well as monitoring
the development of the information system. The method of research conducted by the
authors is the use of directly observed progress made by learners that Taruni cadets
and Naval Academy (AAL). The author's own field of work today is in the field
INFOLAHTA (Information and Data Processing) at the Naval Academy (AAL). The
method of research used by the author can be seen in chapter III in figure 3.1.
The end result of this study, it is expected the creation of strategic planning
integrated information system for the Naval Academy (AAL). So it can be a reference
material and clear guidelines for the leadership at the Naval Academy (AAL) on the
condition of current information systems within the Naval Academy (AAL) to
improve the quality of student cadets and Taruni Naval Academy (AAL) and to the
World Class Navy.
