Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara maritim dengan jumlah kepulauan terbanyak di dunia, hingga mencapai 13.466 Pulau yang terdaftar dan berkoordinat, dari banyaknya daerah kepulauan tersebut, bidang transportasi dan industri kemaritiman perlu lebih diperhatikan. Dunia marine terdapat banyak teknologi terus berinovasi seperti contohnya marine floating crane. Marine floating crane merupakan alat bantu bokar muat yang digunakan untuk memidahkan muatan berupa batu bara ke kapal pengangkut batu bara yang lebih besar kapasitasnya yang beroprasi di tengah laut seperti kapal bulkcarier. Pada aplikasinya marine floating crane pada saat beroprasi di tengah laut dipengaruhi oleh kondisi alam dan gelombang sehingga membutuhkan peralatan penunjang agar dapat menahan dari pengaruh lingkungan saat proses bongkar muat di tengah laut yaitu sistem jangkar panahan. Dengan menggunakan sofwear MOSES, Penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa sistem jangkar penahan yang baik pada marine floating crane dengan beban 40 Ton adalah ukuran mooring tali baja dengan diameter sebesar 28 mm dan type tali baja Dyform 34LR & 34LRPI Class

There are many technology continue to innovate for example marine floating crane. Marine floating crane is unloading equipment used to a coal cargo to transfer to the bigger ship that have greater capacity that operate in the middle of the sea like a bulkcarier. Floating cranes at the moment operation in the middle of the ocean affected by natural conditions such waves that require auxiliary equipment in order to withstand the influence of the environment during the process of loading and unloading the anchor system of archery. By using softwear MOSES, Research conclude that the anchor system is suitable application in marine floating crane with a load of 40 tons is the size of the mooring steel ropes with a diameter of 28 mm and type steel rope Dyform 34LR & 34LRPI Class.
