Abstract
Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular langsung yang
disebabkan oleh bakteri mycrobacterium tuberculosis atau yang dikenal
dengan Bakteri Tahan Asam (BTA). TB ditularkan melalui udara dalam
bentuk percikan dahak (droplet nuclei) saat penderita TB BTA positif
batuk atau bersin. Kota Surabaya merupakan penyumbang jumlah
penemuan penyakit TB terbanyak di Provinsi Jawa Timur yaitu
sebanyak 4.028 penderita dengan penemuan jumlah penderita baru
sekitar 2000 penderita pada Tahun 2014. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian
yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model prevalensi penyakit TB di
Kota Surabaya menggunakan metode Geographically Weighted
Regression (GWR) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh
terhadap prevalensi penyakit TB di Kota Surabaya Tahun 2014. Melalui
pemodelan menggunakan regresi linier (global) menunjukkan hasil
bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap prevalensi penyakit TB
di Kota Surabaya adalah persentase penduduk usia produktif (X11) dan
persentase rumah sehat (X12). Hasil pemodelan menggunakan metode
GWR diperoleh model yang berbeda-beda untuk tiap kecamatan.
Berdasarkan variabel yang signifikan di tiap kecamatan, terbentuk
pengelompokkan yaitu sebanyak enam kelompok

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the
bacterium directly mycrobacterium tuberculosis, and also known as
Acid Resistant Bacteria. TB is transmitted through the air in the form
of droplets nuclei when the TB positive Acid Resistant Bacteria patient
coughs or sneezes. Data on the total cases of TB according to the city
noted that the highest total cases of TB in East Java are on Surabaya,
that is 4.028 patients with the number of new cases about 2.000 patients
in 2014. This study aim to get a model of the prevalence of TB disease
in Surabaya using Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) to
determine the factors that influence the prevalence of TB disease in
Surabaya 2014. Through modeling using linear regression (global),
shows that the factors that influence the prevalence of TB disease in
Surabaya is the percentage of the population of productive age (X11) and
the percentage health house (X12). Modeling using GWR results
obtained using different models for each district. Based on a significant
variable in each district, formed the grouping as many as six groups.
