Abstract
Crowdfunding saat ini menjadi sumber pendanaan yang cukup menarik bagi
para pengusaha. Hal ini sejalan dengan perkembangan financial technology yang
menjadikan crowdfunding sebagai skema pendanaan berbasis teknologi.
Crowdfunding adalah suatu skema pembiayaan bagi pengusaha dari masyarakat
luas dalam jumlah kecil untuk mendukung bisnis/proyek dengan menggunakan
internet sebagai media penghubung antara pengusaha dan investor perseorangan.
Tingkat kesulitan untuk untuk menilai usaha yang layak didanai pada skema
pendanaan ini menjadi kompleks, mengingat pada skema ini investor dan
pengusaha menggunakan media internet untuk saling terhubung. Untuk itu, perlu
adanya suatu sistem yang obyektif dan dapat dipercaya oleh investor untuk
melakukan penilaian usaha. Penelitian ini akan merancang sistem yang obyektif
dalam melakukan penilaian dengan mempertimbangkan aspek finansial dan non
finansial pada suatu usaha. Rancangan expert system ini kemudian di
implementasikan dalam aplikasi software yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini
menghasilkan prototype model expert system yang dapat dikembangkan pada portal
website crowdfunding sebagai model penilaian usaha pada skema tersebut. Metode
yang digunakan untuk expert system penilaian usaha adalah model discounted cash
flow untuk menghasilkan nilai sekarang dari cash flow perusahaan di masa
mendatang. Selain itu, sistem ini juga melihat kondisi suatu usaha yang dapat dinilai
secara kualitatif. Hal ini untuk mendeteksi prospek suatu usaha jika dilihat dari
beberapa aspek kunci. Hasil output dari expert system ini memberikan penilaian
serta keputusan apakah suatu usaha layak untuk didanai oleh investor atau tidak.
Apabila hasil keputusan dinyatakan layak, maka pemilik sistem akan menindak
lanjuti usaha tersebut. Apabila dinyatakan tidak layak, expert system akan
memberikan keterangan atau alasan penilaian.

Crowdfunding is now the source of funding that attractive enough for the
entrepreneurs. In-line with the development of financial technology, that makes
crowdfunding as a technology-based funding scheme. Crowdfunding is a financing
scheme for entrepreneurs making the community as an investor in small quantities
of money to support business/project using the internet as a media between
entrepreneurs and individual investors to meet. The level of difficulty to assess the
business valuation of this funding scheme founded to be complex, given in this
scheme investors and entrepreneurs do not meet directly. Therefore, there is a need
for an objective system and can be trusted by investors to conduct the business
valuation. This research will design an objective system of crowdfunding valuation
considering financial and non financial aspects on a business. The design of the
expert system was then implemented in existing software applications. This
research resulting a prototype of expert system models that can be developed on the
crowdfunding’s website as a valuation models through that scheme. The method
used for valuation is a discounted cash flow model to generate a present value of
the companies cash flow’s in the future. In addition, this system will also look at
the condition of an undertaking businesses that can be assessed qualitatively. This
used to detect the prospects of a business, if viewed form several key aspects. The
output of this expert system provides assessment and decision as to whether an
undertaking deserves to be funded by investors or not. When the results were
declared worthy, then the owner of the system will crack down on those efforts up.
And when the results was declared unworthy, the expert system will provide a
description or reason why it takes an unworthy results in assessment.
