Abstract
Aplikasi adalah alat bantu untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat pekerjaan salah satunya seperti pelayanan masyarakat. Penyedia aplikasi Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Timur dituntut untuk mampu menyelesaikan aplikasi dengan isi dan informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur perbedaan penilaian antara harapan dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap aplikasi, menggunakan metodologi yang didasarkan pada kerangka kerja White & Bytheway dengan metode Servqual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat gap antara harapan dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap aplikasi Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Timur

Statistics Services Integrated application providers in the Central Bureau of Statistics East Java Province is required to complete the application with the content and information in accordance with the needs of visitors. This study aims to measure the difference in votes between the expectations and perceptions of visitors to the application, using a methodology based on the framework White & Bytheway with Servqual method. The results showed that there is a gap between the expectations and perceptions of visitors to the application of Integrated Statistics Services in the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java Province
