Abstract
Kawasan Pantai Timur Surabaya atau disebut juga Pamurbaya ialah daerah di pesisir timur Surabaya yang dikembangkan sebagai kawasan lingdung. Kawasan ini adalah kawasan ruang terbuka hijau yang tersisa dan menjadi benteng untuk melindungi Kota Surabaya dari ancamatan erosi, intrusi laut, dan penurunan muka tanah. Menurut fungsinya, pengembangan wilayah mangrove akan membantu daerah dalam mengatasi resiko dipesisir.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan perangkat lunak DSAS maka diketahui bahwa dinamika perubahan garis pantai dalam kurun waktu 2015-2019 di tiap kecamatan dipengaruhi dengan luasan mangrove. sehingga pada tahapan terakhir yaitu analisa dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak CERA dengan menginput 12 parameter berupa parameter kerentanan dan parameter konsekuensi untuk menghasilkan analisa peta resiko erosi di Pantai Timur Surabaya. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi antara kerapatan mangrove terhadap resiko erosi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh penilaian resiko erosi tidak semata-mata oleh luasan mangrove di wilayah penelitian Namun pada wilayah Kecamatan Kenjeran dan Kecamatan Bulak yang terklasifikasi resiko tinggi diakibatkan oleh faktor parameter lainnya seperti geomorfologi, tutupan lahan, kepadatan penduduk, dan lain sebagainya.

Surabaya East Coast Region or also called Pamurbaya is an area on the east coast of Surabaya that was developed as a dazed area. This area is an area of green open space that remains and becomes a fortress to protect the city of Surabaya from the threat of erosion, sea intrusion, and subsidence. According to its function, the development of mangrove areas will help the region in dealing with coastal risks.
Based on the results of the analysis using DSAS software, it is known that the dynamics of shoreline change in the 2015-2019 period in each district is influenced by the density of mangroves. so that at the last stage that is the analysis using CERA software by inputting 12 parameters in the form of parameters of vulnerability and consequence parameters to produce an erosion risk map analysis on the East Coast of Surabaya. The analysis shows that there is no correlation between mangrove density and erosion risk. This is caused by the erosion risk assessment not solely by the density of mangroves in the study area, but in the Kenjeran and Bulak Districts which are classified as high risk due to other parameters such as geomorphology, land cover, population density, and so on.
