Abstract
Terminal Teluk Lamong adalah terminal multipurpose untuk petikemas dan curah kering yang merupakan pelabuhan pertama di Indonesia yang berkonsep ramah lingkungan. Dibangunnya Terminal Teluk Lamong merupakan upaya dari Pelindo III untuk mengatasi kepadatan arus bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak. Tahun 2016-2023 merupakan Fase III tahap pengembangan Terminal Teluk Lamong dimana berfokus pada penambahan peralatan bongkar muat. Saat ini, utilitas fasilitas pelabuhan dan bongkar muat di Terminal Teluk Lamong kondisi saat ini dalam kategori baik dengan nilai Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) per Oktober 2019 adalah 51,76% dan nilai Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) per Oktober 2019 adalah 31,80%. Setiap tahunnya arus bongkar muat Terminal Teluk Lamong selalu mengalami peningkatan. Pemodelan simulasi kegiatan bongkar muat di Terminal Teluk Lamong prediksi tahun 2023 didapat bahwa prediksi nilai BOR tahun 2023 adalah sebesar 99,97% yang artinya sudah melebihi 29,97% dari standar yang ditetapkan DJPL. Kemudian dilakukan skenario pengembagan pelabuhan dengan 3 skenario berbeda. Skenario 1 menurunkan nilai BOR menjadi 70,74%. Skenario 2 menurunkan nilai BOR menjadi 69,84%. Skenario 3 menurunkan nilai BOR menjadi 66,85%.====================================================
Terminal Teluk Lamong is a multipurpose terminal for containers and dry bulk and the first port in Indonesia which environmentally friendly. Terminal Teluk Lamong was built as an effort of Pelindo III due to overcoming of loading and unloading demand at the Port of Tanjung Perak. The year 2016-2023 is Phase III of the Terminal Teluk Lamong development phase which focuses on the addition of loading and unloading equipment. Currently, the port and loading and unloading utility facilities at the Terminal Teluk Lamong are currently in a good category with the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) as of October 2019 at 51.76% and the Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) as of October 2019 at 31.80 %. Every year the loading and unloading currents at the Terminal Teluk Lamong always increase. Simulation modeling of loading and unloading activities at the Terminal Teluk Lamong predicted in 2023 found that the predicted BOR value in 2023 was 99.97% which means it had exceeded 29.97% of the standards set by DJPL. Then the port development scenario is carried out with 3 different scenarios. Scenario 1 reduces the BOR value to 70.74%. Scenario 2 reduces the BOR value to 69.84%. Scenario 3 reduces the BOR value to 66.85%.
