Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pola operasi armada supply vessel dalam mendistribusikan kebutuhan (air tawar, makanan, bahan kimia dan semen) untuk anjungan lepas pantai. Pola operasi saat ini belum berjalan secara maksimal dan kurang efektif sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi berlebihan. Satu jenis kapal digunakan untuk membawa satu jenis kebutuhan tertentu sehingga pengiriman dilakukan berulang kali. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perhitungan ulang untuk menemukan pola operasi dan penjadwalan terhadap kapal yang digunakan agar biaya operasional dapat dikurangi. Formulasi matematis dibuat untuk menentukan rute dan penjadwalan pendistribusian kebutuhan yang optimal dengan metode Integer Programming sehingga biaya dapat dikurangi. Pemilihan armada dapat dicari dengan melihat kapasitas dan jenis kebutuhan yang ada pada masing-masing anjungan lepas pantai. Hasil optimasi menunjukkan kapal terpilih adalah K1, K2, K3, K4, dan K5 dengan 6 macam rute perjalanan. Penjadwalan dilakukan rata-rata 3 kali dalam sehari. Penghematan biaya yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar Rp19,032,260,000.

This study discusses the operating pattern of the supply vessel fleet in distributing needs (fresh water, food, chemicals and cement) for offshore platforms. The current operation pattern has not yet run optimally and is less effective so that the costs incurred are excessive. One type of ship is used to carry a certain type of need so that shipping is done repeatedly. Therefore, it is necessary to recalculate the operating patterns and scheduling of the vessels used so that operational costs can be reduced. Fleet selection can be sought by looking at the capacity and type of needs that exist in each offshore platform. Mathematical formulation is made to determine the optimal route and scheduling the distribution of needs with the Integer Programming method so that costs can be reduced. The Optimization results show the selected vessels are K1, K2, K3, K4, and K5 with 6 types of travel routes. Scheduling is done on average 3 times a day. The resulting cost savings amounted to Rp19,032,260,000.
