Abstract
Pada term strategis yang ketiga “Prepare to Go Global” periode 2021-2024, UC diwajibkan melakukan reakreditasi APT 3.0.

The quality assurance system is one of the keys to university success. Recognition of a quality management system can be proven from certification and accreditation from a certification or accreditation body at the national or international level. Similarly, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya (UC), which is one of the private universities that is committed to the implementation of sustainable quality assurance.
On the third strategic term: Prepare to Go Global, period 2021-2024, UC is required to conduct university reaccreditation. The accreditation instrument of higher education, colleges ranking criteria for national and LLDikti VII level, encouraged UC to achieve international certification and accreditation. The problem is gap analysis has not been conducted and similar studies have not yet been found.
Research aimed at increasing the level of UC readiness in achieving APT 3.0 excellent ranks and AUN-QA certification begins with business process mapping of higher education by using the value chain and BPMN 2.0, then mapping the APT 3.0 and AUN-QA indicators and simulation score to business processes. Furthermore, gap analysis, internal & external factors evaluation, SWOT analysis and QSPM as strategies formulation tools to obtain optimal scores on APT 3.0 and obtain international AUN-QA certification.
To increase the level of UC readiness in dealing with APT 3.0 and AUN-QA, there are 17 strategies with 3 main strategic focuses in the area of human resource competency development and alumni management.
