Abstract

Desa sukolilo merupakan sentra anyaman bambu yang terletak di kecamatan sukodadi, Kabupaten Lamongan. Produk utama dari desa ini adalah caping dan kipas. Produktivitas perajin di desa ini mampu bersaing dengan sentra anyaman bambu lainnya. Dalam menghadapi tantangan kedepannya, diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan model bisnis agar dapat terus bersaing dan berkembang. Salah satu konsep (tools) sederhana dalam menganalisa suatu model bisnis adalah menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). BMC dapat dijadikan sebagai alat untuk rancangan model bisnis yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan, mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki model bisnis di sentra anyaman bambu sukolilo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menganalisa model bisnis.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perajin di sentra anyaman bambu Desa Sukolilo belum memnpunyai segmentasi pelanggan khusus. Value proposition yang dimiliki perajin di sentra anyaman bambu desa sukolilo adalah dalam hal design, price dan cost reduction. Untuk channels, konsumen mengetahui informasi produk anyaman bambu hanya dari mulut ke mulut. Dalam hal customer relationships, perajin lebih menjaga kestabilan harga dan kualitas produk. Untuk revenue streams, sebagian besar perajin anyaman bambu tidak menjadikan kegiatan menganyam sebagai pekerjaan utama mereka. Penghasilan lain juga didapatkan melalui beberapa pekerjaan, diantaranya berdagang, bertani dan buruh. Key resources pada sentra anyaman bambu ini adalah perajin dan bambu sebagai utama dalam pembuatan anyaman. Key activities yang dilakukan adalah proses produksi anyaman bambu dan pemasaran produknya. Key partnerships para perajin anyaman bambu adalah para pengepul dan distributor sebagai mitra utama. Cost structure yang dikeluarkan adalah untuk membeli bambu sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatan anyaman.

Sukolilo village is a bamboo weaving center located in the sub-district of Sukodadi, Lamongan Regency. The main products of this village are head cover and hand fan. The craftsman productivity in this village is able to compete with other bamboo weaving centers. In facing future challenges, evaluation and improvement of business models are needed in order to continue to compete and develop. One simple concept (tools) in analyzing a business model is to use Business Model Canvas (BMC). BMC can be used as a tool for the design of new business models. This study aims to map, evaluate and improve business models in the Sukolilo bamboo weaving center. This study uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method and in-depth interviews to obtain information and analyze business models.
The results of this study indicate that crafters in the bamboo weaving center of Sukolilo Village do not yet have a specific customer segmentation. The value proposition that is owned by the craftsmen in the bamboo weaving center of Sukolilo Village is in terms of design, price and cost reduction. For channels, consumers know information about woven bamboo products only by word of mouth. In terms of customer relationships, the crafters maintain the stability of the price and product quality. For revenue streams, most of the bamboo weavers do not make weaving activities their main occupation. Other income is also obtained through a number of jobs, including trading, farming and labor. The key resources in this bamboo weaving center are craftsmen and bamboo as the main in making weaving. The key activities carried out are the process of producing woven bamboo and marketing its products. Key partnerships of bamboo weavers are collectors and distributors as the main partners. The cost structure that is incurred is to buy bamboo as the main material in the manufacture of woven.
