Abstract

Sektor pariwisata bahari merupakan salah satu sektor dengan potensi terbesar pada wilayah provinsi Kepulauan Riau dikarenakan lebih dari 96% luas wilayah merupakan lautan, namun potensi ini justru belum dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Kepulauan riau merupakan provinsi yang di dalamnya terdapat banyak pulau dengan keindahan alam yang melimpah. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah keindahan alam tersebut belum dapat dinikmati banyak orang karena belum adanya transportasi yang menunjang. Dengan maksud untuk menunjang pemanfaatan potensi sektor pariwisata Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, maka pada Tugas Akhir ini akan didesain kapal kayu dengan hybrid system yang mengkombinasikan generator diesel dengan hydrogen fuell cell yang langsung diproduksi On Board dari laut. Desain kapal yang dihasilkan memenuhi analisis teknis yang meliputi stabilitas, trim, dan freeboard. Kapal yang didesain memiliki payload 24 penumpang, 5 orang crew, dengan ukuran utama Panjang (Lpp): 27 m; Lebar (B): 6 m, Tinggi (H): 3.2 m; Sarat (T): 2 m; Kecepatan (Vs): 8 Knot dengan rute Barelang, Pulau Labun, Pulau Petong dan Pulau Abang. Paket wisata ditawarkan berdasarkan kategori kamar yang terdiri dari deluxe room dan regular room dengan waktu pelayaran selama 3 hari 2 malam. Berdasarkan analisis ekonomis yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan harga tiket wisata untuk deluxe room yaitu, Rp2.000.000,00 per orang saat low season dan Rp4.000.000,00 per orang saat peak season, sedangkan harga untuk regular room adalah Rp1.000.000,00 saat per orang low season dan Rp.2.600.000,00 per orang saat peak season.

The marine tourism sector is one of the sectors with the greatest potential in the Riau Isalnds province because more than 96% of the area is ocean, but this potential has not yet been developed and utilized properly. Riau Islands is a province in which there are many islands with abundant natural beauty. The problem that occurs is that natural beauty can not be enjoyed by many people because there is no supporting transportation. In order to support the potential utilization of the tourism sector of the Riau Islands Province, this Final Project will design a wooden ship with a hybrid sistem that combines a diesel generator with a hydrogen fuell cell that is directly produced on board from the sea. Ship design meets technical analysis which includes stability, trim, and freeboard. The ship is designed to have a payload of 24 passengers, 5 crew members, with the main size Length (Lpp): 27 m; Width (B): 6 m; Height (H): 3.2 m; Draft (T): 2 m; Speed (Vs): 8 Knots with the route Barelang, Labun Island, Petong Island and Abang Island. Toru packages are offered based on room categories consisting of deluxe rooms and regular rooms with cruise times for 3 days 2 nights. Based on the economic analysis that has been done, the price of a tourist ticket for a deluxe room is Rp2.000.000,00 per person during low season and Rp.4.000.000,00 per person during peak season, while the price for a regular room is Rp1.000.000,00 per person during low season and Rp2.600.000,00 per person during peak season.
