Abstract
Industri kemasan kertas dan karton merupakan salah satu industri yang penting di Indonesia dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Namun, dampak positif dari perkembangan industri kemasan kertas dan karton tidak menutup adanya dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari kegiatan industri ini. Salah satu dampak negatif yang menjadi perhatian di kalangan akademik dan para industrial adalah menurunnya kualitas lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh pencemaran dari limbah produksi. PT. Pura Barutama Unit Boxindo (PBUB) sebagai produsen corrugated box di Indonesia, sangat sadar akan tanggung jawab moral dan sosial terhadap lingkungan dalam aktivitas bisnis mereka. PBUB mengurangi dampak negatif dari aktivitas bisnis terhadap lingkungan dengan menerapkan Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). Dalam rangka mendukung praktik GSCM, maka diperlukan evaluasi sejauh mana praktik GSCM ini telah dilakukan oleh PBUB agar perusahaan dapat melakukan perbaikan pada setiap kekurangan dalam kegiatan GSCM yang telah diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan GSCM berdasarkan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) pada PBUB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain kombinasi model SCOR dari Supply Chain Council dengan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Traffic Light System (TLS), dan metode House of Risk (HOR) yang digunakan untuk menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan kinerja GSCM pada PBUB. Hasil penelitian ini teridentifikasi 15 indikator kinerja dari 5 proses bisnis yang sesuai digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi penerapan GSCM pada PBUB. Secara keseluruhan kinerja GSCM pada PBUB mendapatkan nilai 65 yang masuk dalam kategori “marginal” dan terdapat 3 proses bisnis yang masuk dalam indikator merah atau memiliki nilai kinerja kurang baik. Dengan mengacu hasil HOR 1, terdapat 24 penyebab risiko yang muncul dari tidak efektifnya implementasi GSCM pada PBUB. Selanjutnya dari hasil HOR 2 menunjukkan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk memitigasi penyebab risiko tersebut.

The paper and cardboard packaging industry is one of the most important industries in Indonesia in supporting national economic growth. However, the positive impact of the development in the paper and cardboard industry did not cover the negative impact arising from this industrial activity. One of the negative impacts that is quite a concern in academia and industry is decreasing environmental quality caused by pollution from production waste. PT. Pura Barutama Boxindo Unit (PBUB) as a corrugated box manufacturer, in Indonesia, is very aware of the moral and social responsibility towards the environment in their business. PBUB reduces the negative impact of business activities on the environment by implementing Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). In order to support the GSCM practices, an evaluation was needed based on where the GSCM practices have been carried out by PBUB so that the company can make improvements on any deficiencies in the GSCM activities applied. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) at PBUB. The methods used in this study includes the SCOR combination model of the Supply Chain Council with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the Traffic Light System (TLS), and the House of Risk (HOR) method used to formulate recommendations for improving GSCM performance at PBUB. The results of this study identified 15 performance indicators from 5 business processes that are suitable for measuring GSCM performance at PBUB. Overall, GSCM performance at PBUB gets a value of 65 which is included in the marginal category and there are 3 business processes included in the red indicator or the value of the performance is not good. By referring to the results of HOR 1, there are 24 causes of risk arising from ineffective GSCM implementation at PBUB. Furthermore, the results of HOR 2 show improvement recommendations to mitigate the causes of these risks.
