Abstract

Dalam pengerjaan suatu proyek, perencanaan dan pengandalian proyek merupakan hal penting dalam memulai hingga berjalannya suatu proyek. Berhasil atau tidaknya suatu proyek dapat diakibatkan oleh perencanaan yang tidak matang serta pengendalian yang kurang efektif, sehingga proyek berjalan tidak efisien. Hal tersebut akan mengakibatkan keterlambatan proyek, menurunnya kualitas, dan meningkatnya biaya pelaksanaan. Pada tugas akhir ini, penulis membahas mengenai percepatan durasi proyek pengembangan prototipe Aquaculture Ocean FarmITS menggunakan metode crash program. Metode ini nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap biaya produksi terutama biaya tenaga kerja dan tentunya berpengaruh juga terhadap durasi pengerjaan proyek. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode crash program didapatkan hasil durasi pelaksanaan proyek dari 83 hari menjadi 68 hari. Dan biaya yang dikeluarkan pada durasi normal sebesar Rp.1.636.730.650,00, sedangkan biaya pada saat percepatan menjadi Rp.1.658.378.429,62. Sehingga dengan adanya pemampatan waktu proyek selama 15 hari akan terjadi perbedaan biaya sebesar Rp.21.647.754,62.

In working on a project, project planning and control are important in starting up to running a project. The success or failure of a project can be caused by poor planning and ineffective control, so the project runs inefficiently. This will result in project delays, decreased quality, and increased implementation costs. In this thesis, the author discusses the acceleration of the project duration of prototype Aquaculture Ocean FarmITS’s development using crash program method. This method will affect the cost of production, especially labor costs and of course also affects the duration of project work. From the results of calculations using the crash program method, the results obtained from the duration of the project implementation from 83 days to 68 days. And costs incurred in the normal duration of Rp.1.636.730.650,00, while cost at the time of acceleration become Rp.1.658.378.429,62. Thus, with the project time being compressed for 15 days there will be a difference in costs amounting to Rp.21.647.754,62.
