Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya meluncurkan Suroboyo Bus sebagai jawaban atas masalah Kota Surabaya seperti macet dan transportasi umum yang kurang nyaman, aman, dan cepat untuk digunakan. Suroboyo Bus juga memiliki beberapa fasilitas yang belum dimiliki kendaraan umum di Kota Surabaya seperti 12 CCTV di dalam dan diluar bus, pintu terbuka otomatis, dan lower deck untuk memudahkan ibu hamil, lansia, dan bagi penumpang yang menggunakan kursi roda. Suroboyo Bus yang telah beroperasi dari Terminal Purabaya sampai Halte Rajawali masih sedikit sehingga masih banyak penumpang menunggu lama di halte sepanjang rute tersebut. Disaat terdapat unit Suroboyo Bus yang diperbaiki maka waktu tunggu penumpang akan semakin lama. Untuk menurunkan waktu tunggu Bus, Pemerintah Kota Surabaya akhirnya menambah 10 unit armada Suroboyo Bus dan diharapkan waktu tunggu yang semula dari 30 menit sampai 1 jam akan berkurang menjadi 10 – 20 menit. Pada tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan analisis demand Suroboyo Bus dari Terminal Purabaya sampai Halte Rajawali (Jembatan Merah) sebagai BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) di Surabaya. Analisis demand Suroboyo Bus menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dari survei dengan cara counting penumpang yang naik dan turun di sepanjang rute bus. Data sekunder didapatkan dari jurnal, internet, maupun meminta data dari dinas terkait. Analisis demand Suroboyo Bus meliputi perhitungan Trip Production dan Trip Attraction di sepanjang rute, perhitungan jumlah penumpang yang membutuhkan Suroboyo Bus, perhitungan headway, perhitungan load factor, dan perhitungan jumlah armada yang dibutuhkan. Perhitungan Trip Production dan Trip Attraction menggunakan analogi fluida dengan persamaan yang telah didapatkan melalui regresi linear. Regresi linear Trip Production menggunakan data jumlah penumpang naik, jumlah rumah di sekitar halte, dan jumlah penduduk. Regresi linear Trip Attraction menggunakan jumlah penumpang turun, luas bangunan berupa kantor, mall, dan sekolah. Trip Production dan Trip Attraction yang telah didapatkan maka dilakukan analisis Trip Distribution atau persebaran penumpang dengan menggunakan Furness Model. Hasil dari Furness Model digunakan untuk analisis Trip Assignment atau pembebanan penumpang. Hasil dari pembebanan penumpang akan digunakan dalam menghitung headway yang direncanakan, load factor sepanjang rute, dan jumlah armada yang dibutuhkan. Dari hasil survei dan analisis demand yang memiliki potensi Trip Production terbesar adalah Terminal Purabaya sebesar 224 orang per 2 jam pada pagi hari dan 111 orang per 2 jam pada sore hari. Trip Attraction terbesar berada di Terminal Purabaya sebesar 111 orang per 2 jam pada pagi hari dan 153 orang per 2 jam pada sore hari. Armada yang digunakan adalah bus gandeng dengan kapasitas 175 orang dengan 3 pasang pintu kanan dan kiri. Headway untuk armada Suroboyo Bus selama 3 menit pada pagi hari dan sore hari. Load factor pada pagi hari sebesar 0,82 dan pada sore hari sebesar 0,51. Kebutuhan armada yang ideal untuk mengangkut penumpang adalah 35 bus.

Suroboyo Bus fleet units and it is expected that the original waiting time from 30 minutes to 1 hour will be reduced to 10 - 20 minutes. In this final project will be asked to analyze the demand for the Suroboyo Bus from Purabaya Terminal to Rajawali Bus Stop(Jembatan Merah) as BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) in Surabaya. Suroboyo Bus demand analysis uses primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from a survey by counting passengers who boarded and descended along the bus route. Secondary data obtained from journals, the internet, or requesting data from related agencies Suroboyo Bus demand analysis includes the calculation of trip generation and towing along the route, calculation of the number of passengers who need
a Suroboyo Bus, Headway calculation, Load Factor calculation, and calculation of the number of fleets needed. Calculation of Trip Production and Trip Attraction using fluid analogy with equations that have been obtained through linear regression Trip Production and Trip Attraction. Trip Production linear regression uses data on the number of passengers going up, the number of houses around the bus stop, and the population. Trip Attraction linear
regression uses the number of passengers down, building area in the form of offices, malls, and schools. The trips and pulls that have been obtained, the Trip Generation or passenger distribution is carried out using the Furness Model. The results of the Furness Model are used for Trip Assignment analysis or passenger loading. The results of passenger loading will be used in calculating planned headways, load factors along the route, and the number of
fleets needed.From the survey results and demand analysis which has the largest potential Trip Production is Purabaya Terminal with 224 people per 2 hours in the morning and 111 people per 2 hours in the afternoon. The biggest Trip Attraction is in Purabaya Terminal with 111 people per 2 hours in the morning and 153 people per 2 hours in the afternoon. The fleet used is articulated buses with a capacity of 175 people with 3 pairs of right and left
doors. Headway for the Suroboyo Bus fleet for 3 minutes in the morning and evening. The load factor in the morning is 0.82 and in the afternoon it is 0.51. The ideal fleet requirement for carrying passengers is 35 buses.
