Abstract
Semakin banyaknya pertumbuhan penduduk mengakibatkan meningkatnya volume lalu lintas yang terjadi pada ruas jalan raya taman-kletek sehingga diperlukan perencanaan dan Peningkatan Ruas Jaan Raya Taman-Kletek Menggunakan Perkerasaan Lentur Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jalan raya merupakan sarana insfrastruktur penting dalam mendukung perkembangan ekonomi di suatu daerah. Kualitas yang baik sangat diutamakan demi keselamatan dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan. Peningkatan Ruas Jalan Raya Taman – Kletek, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur, pada geometrik jalan, tebal perkerasan jalan, saluran tepi jalan dan perhitungan rencana anggaran biayanya. Metode yang digunakan antara lain Tata Cara Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota No.038/TBM/1997 Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga, perencanaan peningkatan jalan dengan menggunakan Metode Analisa Komponen SKBI Tahun 1987 dan perencanaan drainase Tata Cara Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan Jalan SNI 03-3424-1994 serta. Menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya menggunakan Daftar Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan (HSPK) Surabaya Tahun 2018. Dari masing-masing hasil perencanaan tebal perkerasan dan perencanaan drainase jalan. Data penelitian yang digunakan mencakup data primer dan data sekunder dari proyek peningkatan jalan (Ruas Jalan Raya Taman – Kletek, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil pengolahan data di dapatkan kontrol geometrik jalan dengan lebar badan jalan 22.50 m, perencanaan tebal perkerasaan overlay menggunakan Laston tebal 10 cm, pondasi atas Laston Atas 15 cm, dan pondasi bawah Sirtu Kelas A 3 cm untuk tebal perkerasan pelebaran dengan Laston 10 cm, Laston atas 15 cm, Sirtu kelas A 41 cm. Perencanaan saluran drainase tepi jalan menggunakan Box Culvert precast dengan dimensi b = 1.4 m, h = 1.4 m. Rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 40,733,537,522 (Terbilang Empat Puluh Miliyar Tujuh Ratus Tiga Puluh Tiga Juta Lima Ratus Tiga Puluh Tujuh Ribu Lima Ratus Dua Puluh Dua Rupiah).

This final project is the planning and improvement of the Jaan Raya Taman-Kletek Section Using the Flexible Feeling of Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province. Roads are an important infrastructure in supporting economic development in an area. Good quality is prioritized for the safety and comfort of road users. Improvement of the Taman - Kletek Highway Section, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province consists of road geometric planning, pavement thickness, roadside channel and calculation of the budget plan. The methods used include Geometric Planning Procedures for Inter-City Road No.038 / TBM / 1997 Ministry of Public Works Directorate General of Highways, planning for road improvement using the SKBI Component Analysis Method 1987 and drainage planning Procedures for Road Surface Drainage Planning SNI 03- 3424-1994 as well. Calculate the Budget Plan using the Surabaya Unit Price List for the 2018 Activities. From each of the results of pavement thickness planning and road drainage planning. The research data used include primary and secondary data from the road improvement project (Jalan Raya Taman - Kletek Section, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province).
