Abstract
Perkembangan perindustrian di Indonesia berkembang dengan sangat cepat dan maju seperti sekarang ini, didalam lingkup pelabuhan, Container Crane adalah suatu alat produksi yang terlibat dalam proses dan penanganan bongkar muat kontainer dan merupakan salah satu unit paling utama yang berperan besar dalam kelancaran oprasional pelabuhan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa kontainer, untuk menunjang kegiatan tersebut dibutuhkan alat harus selalu siap pakai setiap diperlukan, untuk itu maka dibutuhkan perawatan alat secara rutin. Untuk melakukan perawatan dibutuhkan monitoring agar memudahkan perawatan alat bongkar muat tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu alat yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk melakukan pekerjaan rutin, menghitung, menyimpan informasi, mengambil data dengan urut dan akurat dalam waktu yang cepat, untuk itu ditemukan solusi dengan membuat alat monitoring temperatur electric room dan beban pada container crane melalui aplikasi Blynk. Cara kerja alat monitoring ini yaitu dengan mengaktifkan alat dan disambungkan dengan koneksi internet untuk pengiriman hasil data yang ditampilkan melalui aplikasi Blynk, Data yang diambil yaitu temperatur, beban dan container counter, fungsi lain dari alat ini memberikan peringatan apabila ada kondisi tidak normal pada container crane. Pada alat ini informasi yang diberikan yaitu peringatan ketika temperatur pada kondisi 38°C atau lebih dan apabila beban melebihi batas maksimum yaitu 5Kg, serta peringatan pelumasan apabila container crane telah memindahkan 10 kontainer, 20 kontainer dan kelipatan 10 selanjutnya.

The development of the industry in Indonesia is fast and advanced as it is today, within the scope of the port, a Container Crane is a production tool that is involved in the process and handling of container stevedoring, and is one of the most important units that serves a major role in the smooth operations in ports operating in container stevedoring services, to support these activities, we need tools that must be ready to be use whenever needed, for that we need routine maintenance. To carry out maintenance, monitoring is needed to facilitate the maintenance of loading and unloading equipments, so we need a tool that is needed to do routine work, calculate, store information, retrieve data accurately in short time, for that, a solution was found by making an electric room’s temperature monitoring tool and a container crane’s load using Blynk application. This monitoring tool works is by activating the device and connecting it to an internet connection for sending required data through the Blynk application, The data taken are temperature, load and container counter, other functions of this tool give a warning if there are abnormal conditions in the container crane. In this tool, the information given is a warning when the temperature is at 38 ° C or more and if the load exceeds the maximum limit of 5 kg, and a lubrication warning if the container crane has moved 10 containers, 20 container and next a multiple of 10.
