Abstract
Gedung Keuangan Negara (GKN) Jayapura ini terdiri dari 1 lantai basement dan 20 lantai yang akan difungsikan sebagai perkantoran. Pembangunan GKN ini diharapkan dapat segera diselesaikan supaya dapat segera difungsikan. Sehingga, diperlukan metode yang dapat mempercepat waktu pembangunan dan hasil yang rapi. Metode yang dipakai adalah dengan menggunakan beton pracetak. Dalam modifikasi ini sistem gedung yang digunakan sama yaitu Sistem Ganda, sehingga rangka menerima beban minimal 25% dan dimodelkan dengan program ETABS 17. Untuk sambungan elemen menggunakan sambungan kering dengan grouting beton dari Peikko© Group Global, untuk sambungan pondasi-kolom dan kolom-kolom menggunakan HPKM® Column Shoe dengan HPM® Rebar Anchor Bolt, untuk sambungan balok induk-balok anak menggunakan BECO® Beam Shoe dengan COPRA® Anchoring Coupler, dan yang lainnya menggunakan sambungan basah cor di tempat. Lalu, untuk pengangkatan dalam pemasangan kolom menggunakan COLIFT Mounting System. Dalam perencanaan elemen-elemen beton pracetak digunakan ketentuan seperti SNI 2847:2013, dan beberapa referensi lainnya. Selanjutnya, perencanaan tersebut dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar perencanaan.

Gedung Keuangan Negara (GKN) Jayapura is a building consists of 1 basement and 20 stories, built for office uses. The construction of this building is expected to finish soon so that the building can serve its function for as soon as possible. Hence, there is an absolute need for a method that will be able to reduce the time needed and produce a rather natty result. The method used in this construction is using precast concrete. In this modification the building system used is Dual System, so that the frames will have to support more than 25% of the loads and modeled with ETABS 17. Joints system used In this building is dry joint, with concrete grouting from Peikko© Group Global, for foundation-column joints and column-column joints, HPKM® Column Shoe with HPM® Rebar Anchor Bolt will be used, for main beam-secondary beam joints, BECO® Beam Shoe with COPRA® Anchoring Coupler will be used, and the other joints will utilize wet joint method, by casting concrete directly in place. Then for lifting and installing the columns, COLIFT Mounting System will be used. In designing precast concrete elements, standards such as SNI 2847:2013 will be used. Next, the design will be drawn in form of shop drawing.
