Abstract

Peluru frangible memiliki kelebihan yaitu mengurangi
proses ricochet (pantulan acak) dengan hancur menjadi serpihan
kecil saat mengenai permukaan yang keras. Proyektil jenis ini
telah dikembangkan secara luas di dunia internasional namun
belum demikian di Indonesia. Maka dari itu dikembangkan peluru
frangible berbahan komposit tembaga dan timah (Cu-Sn) dengan
proses metalurgi serbuk. Proses metalurgi serbuk terdiri dari
proses utama yaitu atomisasi, karakterisasi serbuk,
pencampuran, kompaksi, dan sintering. Pabrik ini direncanakan
beroperasi secara batch, 330 hari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari dengan
kapasitas produksi 1.168 ton/hari. Bahan baku yang dibutuhkan
sebanyak 385.605 ton/tahun. Lokasi pabrik berada di Turen-
Malang, dengan bentuk perusahaan perseroan terbatas.
Pendirian pabrik peluru frangible memerlukan biaya investasi
modal tetap sebesar Rp41,835,134,134.03, modal kerja sebesar
Rp35,559,864,013.93, biaya produksi per tahun sebesar
Rp73,948,338,192.75, dan hasil penjualan per tahun
Rp53,985,125,220.65. Dari analisa ekonomi didapatkan BEP
sebesar 25%, ROI sesudah pajak 0.9%, POT sesudah pajak 3.38
tahun. Dari segi teknis dan ekonomis, pabrik ini layak untuk
didirikan

(random reflection) that crumble into small pieces when it hits a
hard surface. This bullet has been developed global extensively
but not so in Indonesia. Now developed frangible bullet made
from a composite of copper and tin (Cu-Sn) with powder
metallurgy process. Powder metallurgy process consist of the
main step, there are atomization, powder characterization,
mixing, compacting, and sintering. This factory planned to
operate with batch system, 330 days/year and 24 hours/day with
production capacity are 1.168 ton/day. Raw material needed are
385.605 ton/year. The location at Turen-Malang, with corporate
type is PT. Establish frangible bullet factory need fixed capital
investment Rp41,835134,134.03, working capital cost
Rp35,559,864,013.93, total production cost Rp73,948,338,192.75
and profit sales Rp53,985,125,220.65. From the economic
analysis, BEP optained 25%, ROI after tax is 0.9%, POT after tax
is 3.38 year. Based from technical and economical analysis, this
plant is feasible to set
