Abstract

Online student learning (Bimbel online) is now so much in demand by students both middle and high school but there are still dissatisfaction and complaints about online student learning such as software factors, teaching factors, and learning materials. This study aims to identify the quality of online student learning based on the dissatisfaction of middle and high school students as well as giving priority improvements to correct dissatisfaction using the QFD (Quality Function Development) method. QFD which is arranged has 2 phases and each phase is arranged based on VOC (Voice of Customer) of middle and high school students. QFD phase 1 has 2 dimensions, namely process dimensions and factor dimensions. Phase 1 QFD of the process dimension is designed using VOC (Voice of Customer) and online student learning process to get the junior and senior high school student dissatisfaction ranking in the online student learning process. Phase 1 QFD of the factor dimension was designed using VOC (Voice of Customer) and online critical learning factor (krits factor in online student learning) to get the junior and high school student dissatisfaction ranking from online student learning factor while in QFD phase 2 was designed using the critical problem of online student learning and improvement actions to get priority rankings and effectiveness of these improvement activities. So that the three phases of QFD that have been designed can identify problems in the processes that occur in the online student learning and the factors that influence them and make effective improvements for junior and senior high school education.
