Abstract
Surabaya termasuk salah satu dari tiga kota terbaik di dunia sebagai Global Green City yaitu kota yang dirancang dengan memperhatikan dampak lingkungan, memiliki keseimbangan ekologi, serta perkembangannya berkelanjutan. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang populer dan sangat diminati warga Surabaya maupun wisatawan yang sedang berkunjung di Surabaya yaitu wisata sungai Kalimas. Namun, seiring bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan dan kapal wisata dengan bahan bakar minyak berdampak pada peningkatan polusi udara. Salah satu inovasi yang dapat mendukung wisata sungai Kalimas adalah kapal wisata modern dengan memanfaatkan energi terbarukan. Kapal wisata dengan penggerak paddle wheel sudah ada di Kalimas dengan nama “Sawunggaling Surya Transport”. Kapal ini mempunyai panjang 10.35 m, lebar 3.9 m dan tinggi atap dari permukaan air 2.13 m. Penggerak paddle wheel kapal ini menggunakan mesin diesel. Kapal ini juga dilengkapi solar panel dengan daya 4 kilo watt untuk membantu peralatan kelistrikan. Daerah operasi kapal ini terbatas di daerah dermaga Taman Prestasi karena tinggi kapal terhalang batasan tinggi jembatan. Pada penelitian ini akan dikembangkan kapal wisata dengan penggerak paddle wheel, namun mesin penggeraknya menggunakan motor listrik. Selain itu solar panel pada penelitian ini digunakan sebagai sumber energi untuk penggerak utamanya. Ukuran kapal ini nantinya juga didesain agar dapat melewati batasan tinggi jembatan, sehingga daerah operasinya lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam membuat desain kapal ini yaitu metode parent design approach. Ukuran utama kapal yang didapat adalah Lwl = 6.765 m, B extendh = 3 m, T = 0.35 m, H = 0.8 m, Cb = 0.694 dan Vs = 5.39 knots dengan kapasitas jumlah penumpang 12 orang termasuk crew. Daya baterai sebesar 16.88 kWh dan daya panel surya yang terpasang sebesar 6.93 kWh. Biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp 844.242.788,. dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 236,221,090,. Dengan harga tiket sebesar Rp 10.000,. maka diperoleh waktu untuk mengembalikan modal usaha selama 5.4 tahun.

Surabaya is one of the three best cities in the world as Global Green City, which is a city that is designed with environmental impact in mind, has an ecological balance, and has sustainable development. One of the popular recreation spot and very much in demand by Surabaya citizens and tourists who are visiting Surabaya is Kalimas river tour. But along with the increasing number of vehicles and tour boats with fuel oil, it causes an increase in air pollution. One of the innovations that can support the Kalimas river tour is a modern tour boat by utilizing renewable energy. Tour boat with paddle wheel propulsion is already in Kalimas, namely “Sawunggaling Surya Transport”. This boat has a length of 10.35 m, width 3.9 m and roof height from the surface of water 2.13 m. The paddle wheel propulsion of this boat uses a diesel engine. This boat also equipped with solar panels with 4 kilo watt of power to assist electrical equipment. The area operation of this boat is limited in the dock area of Taman Prestasi because the boat’s height is blocked by the height of the bridge. In this research, a tour boat will be developed with paddle wheel propulsion, but the propulsion machine will use an electric motor. In addition, solar panels in this research are used as the source of propulsion energy. The size of this boat will be designed so that it can cross the height limit of the bridge, so that the area operation is wider. Methods in designing this ship using parent ship design approach. The main dimension of the ship are Lwl = 6.765 m, B extendh = 3 m, T = 0.35 m, H = 0.8 m, Cb = 0.694 and Vs = 5.39 knots with a capacity of 12 passengers including crews. The battery is 16.88 kWh and the installed solar panel power is 6.93 kWh. Building cost amounted to Rp 844.242.788,. operational cost amounted to Rp 236,221,090,. With ticket price of Rp 10.000,. then the value of payback period for 5.4 years.
