Abstract
Penelitian tentang aspek geokimia organik sumur tua minyak mentah kurang produktif, yang berlokasi di Blok Cepu, Formasi Wonocolo, Jawa Timur telah dilakukan. Aspek geokimia organik dilakukan melalui analisa biomarka yang terdapat dalam ekstrak organik total minyak, meliputi fraksi hidrokarbon alifatik dan aromatik. Identifikasi struktur biomarka dilakukan dengan metoda gabungan Kromatografi Gas-Spektroskopi Massa. Keberadaan biomarka n-alkana dengan nilai CPI 1,16 dan nilai LHCPI 1,18 serta tingginya kelimpahan isokadalena dibanding kadalena menunjukkan sampel sudah matang. Pristana (Pr) dan fitana (Ph) dengan rasio Pr/Ph sebesar 4,44 dan Ts/(Ts+Tm) = 0,56 mengindikasikan lingkungan pengendapan yang bersifat oksidatif. Rasio n-alkana rantai panjang terhadap rantai pendek 1,13 dengan distribusi bimodal menunjukkan indikator sumber senyawa organik minyak berasal dari tumbuhan tingkat tinggi terestrial, bakteri dan alga. Kelimpahan 1-MP yang lebih tinggi dibanding 9-MP mengindikasikan lingkungan terestrial lebih dominan daripada lingkungan marin. Adanya senyawa hopanoid menunjukkan sumber senyawa organik berasal dari mikroorganisme. Hal ini menunjukkan keberagaman asal usul senyawa organik minyak Cepu yang sangat unik dan variatif.

Research on aspects of organic geochemistry for an unproductive old crude oil well, located in Cepu Block, Wonocolo Formation, East Java has been carried out. Organic geochemical aspects was done through the analysis of biomarker contained in the total organic extracts of oil, including aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon fractions. Identification of the biomarker structure was done by a combination method of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy. Ripe samples were shown in the presence of n-alkane biomarkers with CPI value at 1.16 and an LHCPI value at 1.18 and greater abundance of isocadalene than cadalene. Pristane (Pr) and phytane (Ph) with a Pr/Ph ratio at 4.44 and Ts/(Ts+Tm) = 0.56 showed an oxidative depositional environment. The ratio of n-alkane long chains to 1.13 short chains with bimodal distribution showed a higher indicator source of organic oil compound derived from plants, bacteria, and algae. An abundance of 1-MP higher than 9-MP indicated that the terrestrial environment was more dominant than the marine environment. The presence of hopanoid compounds indicates the source of organic compounds came from microorganisms. It showed that the diversity of Cepu oil organic compounds that were very unique and variation.
