Abstract

Indonesia memiliki komoditas yang berlimpah, diantaranya yaitu cadangan minyak bumi yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk bahan bakar untuk alat transportasi. Karena sumber daya minyaknya yang banyak, di Indonesia terdapat banyak perusahaan fabrikasi bangunan lepas pantai diantaranya PT. PAL Indonesia (Surabaya), PT. McDermott Indonesia (Batam), PT Guna Nusa Fabricator (Cilegon), PT Nippon Steel Indonesia (Batam), PT Hyundai Tg. Uncang (Batam), dan PT. Saipem (Batam). Dalam penelitian ini PT. PAL dijadikan penulis untuk sebagai tempat fabrikasi yang juga sekaligus menjadi asal dari rute pengiriman. Dari beberapa jenis anjungan lepas pantai, di Indonesia paling banyak adalah jenis fixed platform. Fixed platform adalah struktur anjungan lepas pantai yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) bagian utama yaitu jacket dan topside. Dalam prakteknya, perhitungan pengiriman anjungan lepas pantai kurang terkait dengan pemilihan ukuran barge yang akan digunakan untuk mengirim anjungan dalam hal ukuran, dan biaya. Disini penulis membuat suatu model untuk menentukan skenario pengiriman dan barge yang akan dipakai dari sebuah proyek berdasarkan jadwal, dimensi dan berat anjungan, ketersediaan barge, serta jarak dari tempat fabrikasi sampai titik instalasi (site) sehingga dapat diketahui mana skenario dan barge yang paling optimal. Pada hasil perhitungan pada site 1 barge yang terpilih adalah dan barge B34 sewa harian sebesar 1927 Jt-Rp dan barge B4 sewa Tch/Bulan sebersar 2199 Jt-Rp Sedangkan barge dalam negeri yaitu B18 sewa Tch /bulan sebesar 2147 Jt-Rp dan B19 sewa harian sebesar 1023 Jt-Rp. Pada site 2 barge yang terpilih adalah barge B14 sewa VCH sebesar 6309 Jt-Rp. Sedangkan barge dalam negeri yaitu B17 sewa Tch /bulan sebesar 11897 Jt-Rp. Pada site 3 barge luar negeri yang terpilih adalah barge B10 sewa harian sebesar 4448 Jt-Rp dan B15 sewa Tch /bulan sebersar 3302 Jt-Rp. Sedangkan barge dalam negeri yaitu B20 sewa vch sebesar 3659 Jt-Rp dan B16 sewa Tch /bulan sebesar 8119 Jt-Rp
