Abstract
Komitmen organisasi telah dipelajari secara luas di seluruh dunia dan ratusan penelitian telah dilakukan, namun beberapa penelitian tentang komitmen organisasi di bidang teknologi informasi komunikasi (TIK), yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM) TIK. Di Indonesia penelitian semacam ini belum mencukupi, khususnya untuk SDM sektor TIK. Saat ini upaya untuk lebih menggambarkan faktor-faktor ini yang dapat meningkatkan komitmen SDM TIK. Penelitian sebelumnya di berbagai negara memvalidasi faktor kompensasi, pelatihan, dukungan pengembangan karir dan pengawas mendorong komitmen organisasi yang tinggi terhadap SDM TIK. Pada penelitian ini terdapat tiga poin pokok permasalahan SDM TIK yang akan diteliti lebih mendalam lagi, yaitu pengaruh beberapa faktor pada model penelitian terhadap Jumlah dan Kualitas Pelamar, Masa Kerja dan Pengembangan SDM TIK di Pemerintah Daerah. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa model dan rekomendasi pengelolaan SDM TIK untuk Pemerintah Daerah.

Organizational commitment has been studied extensively throughout the world and hundreds of studies have been carried out, but some research on organizational commitment in the field of communication information technology (ICT), namely ICT human resources (HR). In Indonesia, this kind of research is not enough, especially for the ICT human resources sector. At present efforts to better illustrate these factors can increase ICT HR commitment. Previous research in various countries validated compensation, training, career development support and supervisory factors encouraging high organizational commitment to ICT human resources. In this study, there are three main points on the issue of ICT HR to be explored in more depth, namely the influence of several factors on the research model on the Number and Quality of Applicants, Tenure and Development of ICT HR in Local Governments. The final results of this study are in the form of models and recommendations for the management of ICT human resources for local governments.
