Abstract
Ekonomi selalu dikaitkan dengan keadaan dan aktivitas seseorang dalam usaha mencapai kemakmuran. Bentuk kemakmuran paling sederhana ialah terpenuhinya kebutuhan primer, terutama kebutuhan akan pangan. Kemakmuran dalam kebutuhan pangan, bisa disebut juga dengan kondisi Ketahanan Pangan. Dalam rangka mewujudkan kondisi tersebut, Kedaulatan Pangan menjadi salah satu syarat yang harus terlebih dahulu dapat terpenuhi. Kedaulatan Pangan berkaitan langsung dengan kegiatan para penggiat pangan, yang kini profesinya mulai ditinggalkan akibat melekatnya stigma, khususnya profesi sebagai petani. Guna menghilangkan stigma tersebut, membangun komunikasi merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan. Dalam upaya membangun komunikasi, arsitektur mungkin bisa menjadi salah satu sarana atau media dalam penyampaian pesan tertentu kepada penggunanya. Penerjemahan syarat - syarat komunikasi menjadi langkah pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk menentukan kriteria objek, program objek dan tujuan dari objek rancang. Ide mengenai ruang komunal yang mampu mempertemukan masyarakat dengan para penggiat pangan, merupakan gambaran besar objek yang ingin dihadirkan. Atas kesesuaiannya dengan pendekatan yang ditentukan, Pasar Tani terpilih menjadi objek rancang yang diharapkan bisa menjadi sarana komunikasi kepada para penggunanya menggunakan metode rational thinking. Penyusunan kata kunci dalam bahasa formal yang dikemukakan oleh Simitch, menjadi acuan konsep rancang pada Pasar Tani ini. Disusun secara hirarki dan saling terkait dengan kata kunci lainnya diupayakan mampu menjawab isu terkait dan merealisasikan konsep yang ditentukan.

Economics is always associated with the circumstances and activities of a person in an effort to achieve prosperity. The simplest form of prosperity is the fulfillment of primary needs, especially the need for food. Wealth in food needs, can also be called the condition of Food Security. In order to realize these conditions, Food Sovereignty is one of the conditions that must first be fulfilled. Food sovereignty is directly related to the activities of food activists, whose profession is now being abandoned due to the stigma attached to it, especially the profession as a farmer. With an intention to eleminate a social stigma, build a good communuication could be the simplest solution that can be used. In an effort to do that, architecture can be one of the means or media in
delivering certain mesages to the users. The translation of communication requirements becomes an approach step taken to determine the object criteria, the object program and the purpose of the design object. The idea of a communal space that is able to bring people together with food activists, is a big picture of the object to be presented. . For compatibility with the prescribed aproach, Pasar Tani was chosen as the design object which is expected to be the way to make people more understand about the peasants using Rational Thinking Method. The preparation of keywords in formal language put forward by Simitch, became a reference to the design concept at the Pasar Tani. Arranged in a hierarchy and interrelated with other keywords strived to be able to answer related issues and realize the concepts specified. Create a comunal space that is able to unite people with the peasants, is the main idea of the object to be presented
