Abstract

Perairan timur Indonesia merupakan wilayah yang didominasi oleh transportasi laut. Namun hanya tercatat sekitar 12% galangan kapal terutama untuk reparasi di wilayah timur Indonesia ini. Sehingga kapal-kapal yang beroperasi seperti di Maluku maupun Papua harus mengeluarkan biaya yang cukup besar karena harus melakukan perawatan ke daerah lain seperti Surabaya. Untuk itu sangat diperlukannya inovasi yang dapat mengatasi masalah saat ini, yaitu dengan adanya pembangunan Self Propelled Floating Dock. Dok apung ini memiliki mesin penggerak sendiri yang akan mempermudah proses reparasi tanpa harus menggunakan tug boat untuk berpindah tempat, sehingga kapal-kapal yang berada di perairan timur Indonesia dapat melakukan perawatan kapanpun dan dimanapun kapal berada. Desain dari floating dock dibuat memiliki haluan dan buritan agar dapat mengurangi hambatan pada saat berlayar. Kemudian dicari deadweight dan penentuan ukuran utama Self Propelled Floating Dock. Ukuran utama yang didapat berdasarkan luasan yang mengacu pada kapal ikan 150 GT yang ada maka didapatkan LoA = 31,2 m, B Internal = 7,65 m, B Eksternal = 10,65 m, T saat floating dock kosong = 0,7 m, T saat floating dock tercelup = 3,90 m, T floating dock dengan muatan = 1 m, H Safety Deck = 4,40 m, H Ponton = 1,3 m, TLC = 88,85 ton serta dengan jumlah crew sebanyak 5 orang. Analisis teknis yang dilakukan meliputi perhitungan berat, perhitungan stabilitas, dan dilanjutkan dengan mendesain rencana garis, rencana umum, midship section, construction profile serta desain model tiga dimensinya dan juga dilakukan analisa ekonomis. Pada sistem propulsinya menggunakan Z peller dengan jenis controllable pitch propeller serta menggunakan spread mooring system, dan biaya total dari pembangunan Self Propelled Floating Dock sebesar Rp 5.412.994.954,-. Dan didapat kelayakan investasi yang dinyatakan layak dengan nilai NPV Rp 4.983.452.057,2, IRR 10,42% serta diperoleh estimasi dari payback period di tahun ke enam yang tepatnya pada 6 tahun 5 bulan.

The main size is obtained based on the area issued on the existing 150 GT fishing vessel then obtained LoA = 31.2 m, Internal B = 7.65 m, External B = 10.65 m, T when floating buoyant empty = 0.7 m, T when the floating dock is immersed = 3.90 m, T floating dock with a charge = 1 m, H Safety Deck = 4.40 m, H Pontoon = 1.3 m, TLC = 88.85 tons and with a crew of 5 Technical analysis includes the calculation of weight, calculation, and discussion of the draft line plan, the middle part, the profile of construction and the design of its three-dimensional models and also the economic analysis. The propulsion system uses a Z peller with pitch propeller type that can be controlled and uses a spread mooring system, and the total cost of developing a Self Propelled Floating Dock is Rp 5,412,994,954. And the investment feasibility is obtained which is declared feasible with an NPV value of Rp 4,983,452,057.2, an IRR of 10.42% and an estimation of the return period in the sixth year is also obtained from the 6 year 5 month period.
