Abstract
Telah dibuat box pembawa vaksin dengan menggunakan Thermoelectric Cooler sebagai pendingin yang menggantikan icepack dan ramah lingkungan. Pendingin termoelektrik berupa 4 peltier yang disusun sejajar dan waterblock beserta radiator sebagai pembuang panas. Dari hasil dan analisa data didapatkan temperatur kabin tanpa beban dicapai temperatur 0oC pada menit ke-55, pada waktu yang sama untuk beban 500mL dicapai temperatur 2,28oC, untuk beban 1000mL dicapai temperatur 5,46oC, dan untuk beban 2000mL dicapai temperatur 12,9oC. Data ini berdasarkan suhu lingkungan yang berkisar 25,99oC. Daya total yg dibuuhkan oleh sistem sebesar 192 Watt. Berdasarkan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa box vaksin ini efektif digunakan dengan pembebanan maksimal 1000mL.

Vaccine presenting boxes were produced by the use of thermoelectric coolers as cooler. Which replaced the icepack and was environmentalized. A thermoelectric cooler of four parallel peltier and waterblock arranged along with radiator as a heat outer. This research uses thermoelectric in the form of 4 parallel peltiers and waterblock and radiator as heat dischargers. Data analytics were gained to direct unencumbered cabin controls by 0oc temperatures in the 55 minutes at the same time for 500ml loads to be reached by 2,28oC temperature. For 1000mL load to be achieved at 5,46oC temperature and for the 2000mL load to be reached 12,9oC temperature. The data is based on environmental temperatures that range from 25,99oC. The total power diffused by a system of 192 watts. Based on data, this vaccine box was effectively used data maximum of 1000ml.
