Abstract

Peta kendali merupakan salah satu dari tujuh alat penyelesaian masalah dalam statistical process control (SPC). Teknik tersebut terbukti dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, dan mencegah kecacatan produk. Peta kendali X ̅-S pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Shewhart yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi penyebab dari suatu proses. Di dalam penelitian ini dibahas tentang penerapan peta kendali X ̅-S dan fuzzy X ̅-S berdasarkan transformasi fuzzy midrange pada tingkat -α.Penerapan peta kendali X ̅-S dan peta kendali fuzzy X ̅-S berdasarkan transformasi fuzzy midrange pada tingkat -α menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi sudah terkendali secara statistik. Dari haril analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa peta kendali fuzzy X ̅-S berdasarkan transformasi fuzzy midrange pada tingkat -α lebih sensitif untuk mendeteksi pergeseran proses dibandingkan peta kendali X ̅-S menurut nilai ARL_0 masing-masing peta kendali.

Control chart, one of the seven problem solving tools in statistical process control (SPC). That is very popular technique in improving productivity and preventing defect product. Control charts of X ̅-S that used to detect whether assignable causes are exist. In this research, explained about application of X ̅-S control chart and fuzzy X ̅-S control chart based on α-level fuzzy midrange transformation. The application of X ̅-S control chart and fuzzy X ̅-S control chart based on α-level fuzzy midrange transformation shows that the production process has been controlled statistically. From the analysis, it can be concluded that fuzzy X ̅-S control chart based on α-level fuzzy midrange transformation control chart gets more sensitive results to detect the process shift than X ̅-S control chart based on value of ARL_0 each control charts.
