Abstract

Aplikasi Power Turbine merupakan salah satu aplikasi PTO (Power Take-Off) yang mampu meningkatkan produksi energi listrik dengan memanfaatkan aliran gas buang dari motor bakar (diesel maupun bensin) yang mengandung energi kalor (panas) yang digunakan untuk memutar turbin dan generator. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari besar potensi daya listik yang bisa dihasilkan power turbine. Hal ini dicapai dengan cara menganalisa pengaruh pembebanan power turbin terhadap kinerja motor diesel sehingga kita dapat melihat seberapa jauh power turbine tersebut dapat diaplikasikan pada motor bakar. Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan, didapat bahwa power turbine tersebut dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 250 kW pada continuous rating (93,23%) ============================================================================================ Applications Power Turbine is one application PTO (Power Take-Off), which can increase the production of electrical energy by utilizing the flow of exhaust gases from combustion engines (diesel and gasoline) containing heat energy that used to turn turbines and generators. This study aims to find the great potential of electric power that can be generated power turbine. This is achieved by analyzing the effect of the imposition of power turbines on the performance of the diesel engine so we can see how far the power turbine can be applied to motor fuel. From the analysis and calculation, obtained a power turbine that can generate electricity of 250 kW at continuous rating (93.23%)
