Abstract

Perencanaan Gedung Wind Palace Tower setinggi 34
lantai (±136 m) ini dirancang agar mampu memaksimalkan
kecepatan aliran angin dan dirancang dengan menggunakan
sistem ganda pada struktur utama dan beton pratekan pada
jembatan penghubung.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dibahas perencanaan dengan
menggunakan beton bertulang pada kedua tower, dan beton
pratekan pada jembatan penghubung dengan penambahan beban
akibat turbin dan beban angin yang disebabkan oleh bentuk
bangunan Wind Palace Tower. Perencanaan yang dilakukan pada
gedung Wind Palace Tower meliputi perencanaan struktur
sekunder,struktur utama, dan struktur jembatan pratekan dari
pembangunan gedung tersebut..
Perencanaan ini menghasilkan perencanaan gedung
dengan menggunakan dinding geser khusus sesuai dengan zona
gempa Surabaya. Perencanaan ini harus memenuhi peraturan
mengenai bangunan tahan gempa, seperti SNI 2847-2013,dan SNI
1726-2012.

Wind Palace Tower is a 34 stories apartment (±136 m)
designed to maximize the speed of wind flow and conducted by
using dual systems on the main structure and prestressed concrete
on the bridges.
The feasibility studies of this building is condacted by
using reinforced concrete in both of the buildings, and prestressed
concrete on a bridge with addition load caused by wind turbine,
and by the shape of Wind Palace Tower. The planning on this
building include planning of secondary structure, primary
structure, and prestressed structure ..
This study yields the building to be designed by using
coupled shearwalls considering earthquake zone in Surabaya.
This study should fulfill regulatios regarding earthquake resistant
buildings, such as SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1726-2012.
