Abstract

Sumber daya air di Indonesia semakin langka karena
penggunaan yang tidak optimal, oleh karena itu upaya penghematan air
sangat diperlukan salah satunya yaitu dengan melakukan daur ulang air
limbah untuk penggunaan Cooling Water. PT. XYZ merupakan sebuah
perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan air dimana
pengontrolan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Cooling Water. Kualitas
air diukur dengan variabel pH dan kekeruhan, dimana kedua vaiabel
tersebut saling berkorelasi. Selama ini pengontrolan pH dan kekeruhan
yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan menggunakan Generalized Variance
dan T2-Hotelling tidak dapat mendeteksi pergeseran yang kecil.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
pergeseran proses yang kecil pada pH dan kekeruhan yang tidak dapat
dideteksi oleh diagram kontrol Generalized Variance dan T2-Hotelling,
sehingga pengontrolan proses pH dan kekeruhan dilakukan dengan
diagram kontrol MEWMV dan MEWMA. Hasil analisis menggunakan
diagram kontrol MEWMV belum terkendali dengan λ=0,4 ω=0,3
karena terdapat 8 titik yang out of control. Pada diagram kontrol
MEWMA didapatkan hasil bahwa proses belum terkendali dengan
pembobot λ=0,4 dengan 52 titik out of control. Hasil kapabilitas proses
secara univariat untuk pH dan kekeruhan berturut-turut didapatkan
hasil 0,1 dan 13,03 sehingga pH secara individu tidak kapabel tetapi
kekeruhan sudah kapabel, sedangkan pada secara multivariat
didapatkan hasil 1,131 sehingga secara multivariat sudah kapabel.

Water resources in Indonesia are increasingly rare because of
not maximally used, therefore water saving measures are very needful
one of them is to recycle wastewater for Cooling Water. PT. XYZ is a
company that works for water treatment purification and using Cooling
Water to controling. Water’s quality was measured with pH and
turbidity, both are mutually correlated variabel. During this time, pH
and turbidity was controled using the Generalized Variance and T2-
Hotelling control chart and it can not detect small shifts. Based on this,
the goal from this research is to detect small shift process in pH and
turbidity that can not be detected by the Generalized Variance and T2-
Hotelling control chart, so that the pH and turbidity process control was
performed by the MEWMV and MEWMA control chart. The results of
analysis using MEWMV control chart is not in control with ω= 0.4 λ =
0.3 because there are 8 points out of control. At MEWMA control chart
showed that the process is not in control by λ = 0.4 with 52 points out of
control. The results of univariate process performance capability for pH
and turbidity its known that 0.1 and 13.03 so that individually are not
capable but already capable at turbidity, whereas the multivariate
analysis showed that performance capability indices is 1,131, so that
multivariate performance capability already capable.
