Abstract

Kondisi simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani-Jl. Margorejo
Indah, serta simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani- Jl. Jemur Sari saat ini
adalah padat lalu-lintas. Kondisi kepadatan ini diakibatkan ruas
jalan tersebut merupakan jalan arteri dimana yang fungsinya
menjadi penghubung antara kota Surabaya dan kota Sidoarjo.
Selain itu diakibatkan juga oleh kecamatan Wonocolo dan
sekitarnya yang merupakan kawasan padat penduduk, area
industri dan area pusat perdagangan dimana banyak kendaraan
berat maupun mobil penumpang yang melintas. Sehingga hal ini
menimbulkan bangkitan volume lalu lintas dikawasan tersebut.
Pembangunan Superblock The Frontage Surabaya ini
diperkirakan akan berpengaruh besar terhadap kondisi arus lalu
lintas pada sepanjang ruas jalan dan simpang disekitar area
tersebut.
Proses manajemen lalu-lintas dimulai dengan analisa
kinerja ruas jalan dan simpang kondisi eksisting (2016) dan
5tahun kedepan (2022) sejak beroperasinya Superblock The
Frontage Surabaya, dimulai dengan pelaksanaan survey lalulintas
dilapangan untuk mendapatkan data primer kemudian
dianalisa menggunakan acuan perumusan pada PKJI 2014 dengan
bantuan program Microsoft Excel. Untuk data pertumbuhan
kendaraan didapat dari Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya
sebagai acuan untuk data sekunder.
Hasil analisa kondisi eksisting (2016) diperoleh Dj
tertinggi simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani–Jl. Margorejo Indah
pendekat Timur belok kanan=1,653 untuk puncak sore dan

simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani–Jl. Jemur Sari pendekat Frontage
sisi Timur belok kiri=1,438 untuk puncak sore. Hasil analisa tahun
2017 diperoleh Dj tertinggi simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani–Jl.
Margorejo Indah pendekat Timur belok kanan=1,69 untuk puncak
siang dan simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani–Jl. Jemur Sari pendekat
Frontage sisi Timur belok kiri=1,107 untuk puncak pagi. Hasil
analisa tahun 2022 diperoleh Dj tertinggi simpang bersinyal Jl. A.
Yani–Jl. Margorejo Indah pendekat Timur belok kanan=2,45
untuk puncak sore dan simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani–Jl. Jemur
Sari pendekat Frontage sisi Timur belok kiri=1,304 untuk puncak
pagi. Hasil manajemen lalu-lintas menghasilkan Dj tertinggi
simpang Jl. A. Yani-Jl. Margorejo Indah pada pendekat utara
puncak siang=0,995 dan simpang bersinyal Jl. A. Yani-Jl. Jemur
Sari pada pendekat timur puncak pagi=1.023.

The condition of signalized intersection of A. Yani Street-
Margorejo Indah Street and A. Yani Street-Jemur Sari Street are very
crawded this time. This condition is caused by road that served as the
arterial road which connected Surabaya and Sidoarjo. In addition, it
is also due to the dense inhabitant region of wonocolo subdistrict,
industrial and commercial area that always crossed by heavy vehicles
and other passenger vehicles. These are cause the generating of
traffic volume. The construction of Superblock The Frontage
Surabaya certainly will be impact to all the long road and the junction
itself.
Traffic management process begins with an analysis of the
existing intersection performance (2016) and 5 years later (2022),
since Superblock The Frontage Surabaya operated, Starting with
traffic surveys as the primary data were analyzed using the
formulation of PKJI 2014 processed by microsoft excel. Vehicle
growth data obtained from Dinas Perhubangan Kota Surabaya as
secondary data.
Based on existing condition (2016) analysis obtained the
highest Derajat Kejenuhan (Dj) on signal junction of of A. Yani
Street-Margorejo Indah Street at eastern right side approach is 1.635
for evening peak and signal junction of A. Yani Street-Jemur Sari

Street at eastern left side frontage approach is 1.438 for evening
peak. In 2017, the result obtained the highest "Dj" on signal junction
A. Yani Street-Margorejo Indah Street at eastern right side approach
is 1.69 for noon peak and signal junction of A. Yani Street-Jemur Sari
Street at eastern left side approach is 1.107. In 2022, the result
obtained the highest "Dj" on signal junction of A. Yani Street-
Margorejo Indah Street at eastern right side approach is 2.45 for
evening peak and signal junction of A. Yani Street-Jemur Sari Street
at eastern left side approach is 1.304 for morning peak. The results
of traffic management develop the highest Dj junction of A. Yani
Street-Margorejo Indah Street at noon on north approach = 0.995
and the intersection of A. Yani Street-Margorejo Indah Street at
morning peak hour on west approach = 1,023.
