Abstract
Pada dasarnya kerja dari alat ini sangatlah sederhana. Prinsip kerja sistem monitoring dan database memudahkan hal akses data dan sebagai pengamanan terhadap suatu ruangan. Hal ini bisa ditunjukan siapa saja yang mengakses suatu ruangan tertentu yang sudah terdaftar sistem database. pada interface website terdapat tampilan data akses yang sangat rinci seperti nama, nomor, jam masuk, jam keluar, dan tanggal. Untuk sistem database ini bekerja secara otomatis. Proses pengiriman data ke sistem database ini akan tertampil pada halaman HTML (local area) dengan cara di-trigger menggunakan tag RFID yang ditempelkan pada reader. Data yang tertampil pada halaman website (halaman HTML) ini juga langsung tersimpan kedalam database. Sistem database dan monitoring ini berupa data yang tertampil pada halaman website (halaman HTML). Data yang telah diuji pada proyek akhir ini sebanyak 6 data dengan beberapa data diantaranya berupa data nama, nomor, jam masuk, jam keluar, dan tanggal dengan keakurasian pengiriman data ke database sebesar 83.3% serta untuk tampilan HTML akan selalu update tiap 30 detik.

Basically the work of this tool is very simple. The working principle of the monitoring system and database makes it easy to access data and as a security for a room. This can be demonstrated by anyone who accesses a particular room that has a registered database system. on the website interface there is a display of very detailed access data such as names, numbers, hours of entry, hours out, and dates. For this database system to work automatically without having to manually input the room admin. The process of sending data to this database system will be displayed on an HTML page (local area) by being triggered using an RFID tag attached to the reader. Data displayed on web pages (HTML pages) are also directly stored in the database. This database and monitoring system is in the form of data displayed on a web page (HTML page). Data that has been tested in this final project are 6 data with some data including data in the form of names, numbers, hours of entry, hours out, and dates with 83,3% accuracy of sending data to the database and for HTML display will always be updated every 30 seconds..
