Abstract
PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya sebagai salah satu produsen pengolahan air bersih terbesar di Indonesia, seiring dengan perkembangan industri pengolahan air bersih PDAM Surabaya telah banyak melakukan pengembangan pabrik. Saat ini salah satu pabrik pengolahan terbesar adalah IPAM Karang Pilang. Dengan adanya integrasi antara IPAM Karang Pilang 1 dan 2, muncul permasalahan pada sistem kelistrikannya. Pada saat terjadi gangguan sering terjadi kegagalan proteksi pada sistem kelistrikan PDAM IPAM Karang Pilang, sehingga kontinuitas daya ke beban terganggu dan mengakibatkan pemadaman yang lebih luas. Melalui tugas akhir ini dilaksanakan studi koordinasi proteksi pada system kelistrikan PDAM IPAM Karang Pilang 1 dan 2 yang tepat dalam mendeteksi dan mengisolir gangguan sehingga tidak mengganggu sistem yang sedang berjalan dan mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya kerusakan peralatan listrik. Dari hasil plot koordinasi kurva arus waktu kondisi existing, setting koordinasi rele arus lebih fasa masih ada kesalahan koordinasi sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi ulang untuk mendapatkan hasil resetting yang bisa direkomendasikan sebagai setting rele pengamannya. Melalui hasil analisis dan perhitungan manual direkomendasikan penyetelan pick up rele arus lebih dan penyetelan grading time . Rele yang disetel ulang adalah rele arus lebih gangguan fasa (overcurrent relay).

PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya as one of the largest manufacturers of water treatment in Indonesia, along with the development of processing industry of PDAM Surabaya has a lot to develop the plant.. Currently one of the largest processing plants are IPAM Coral Pilang. With the integration between IPAM Karang Pilang 1 and 2, emerging problems in the electrical system. In the event of disruption frequent failure protection on the electrical system taps IPAM Karang Pilang, so that continuity uninterrupted power to the load and lead to blackouts wider.. Through this final project carried out the correct studies on the coordination of electrical system protection in order to detecting and isolating the fault so the running system is not disturbed and prevent damage to electrical equipment. The results of time current curve in exisiting conditions can be seen that there are misscoordination more phase relay current so that need to re-evaluate to get resetting result which can be reommmended as relay security setting. Through the analysis and manual calculation result, give the recommendation to reset pick up setting and grading time of overcurrent relays. Relays that need to be reset are phase fault overcurrent relays.
