Abstract
PT. Semen Indonesia sebagai salah satu pabrik semen terbesar di
kawasan Indonesia Timur melakukan rencana penambahan pabrik baru
yang berlokasi di Aceh untuk menunjang proses produksi guna
memenuhi permintaan pasar. Dengan penambahan pabrik baru di Aceh,
dibutuhkan perencanaan pengaman yang baik pada desain sistem
kelistrikan yang sudah ada agar kontinuitas produksi tidak terganggu
dan nilai keandalan tinggi. Melalui tugas akhir ini dilaksanakan studi
koordinasi proteksi arus lebih pada PT. Semen Indonesia pabrik Aceh
yang tepat dalam mendeteksi dan mengisolir gangguan sehingga tidak
mengganggu sistem yang berjalan dan mencegah kerusakan peralatan
listrik.
Hasil plot koordinasi kurva arus waktu pada tiap alternatif yang
didapat melalui hasil analisis dan perhitungan manual direkomendasikan
penyetelan pick uprele arus lebih dan penyetelan grading time rele baik
rele arus lebih gangguan fasa maupun rele arus lebih gangguan tanah.
Setting rele gangguan tanah untuk trafo distribusi 6.3kV dengan sistem
pentahanan NGR 25A direkomendasikan penggunaan setting rele 51G
dengan kurva definite karena besar gangguan satu fasa ke tanah
merupakan gangguan hubung singkat dan nilainya sesuai dengan NGR.
Selain itu dalam alternatif yang dianalisa, nilai setting arus rele 51
gangguan fasa berbeda meskipun pada tipikal yang sama dikarenakan
kontribusi besar arus short circuit yang berbeda.

PT . Semen Indonesia as one of the largest cement plant in the
eastern of Indonesia is planning to add new plants located in Aceh to
support the process of production to meet market demand. With the
addition new plant in Aceh, it takes a good protection planning at
existing design of electrical system to protect continuity of production
and the system have high reliability. Through this final project carried
out the correct studies on the over current coordination protection at
electrical system PT Semen Indonesia Aceh plant in order to detecting
and isolating the fault so the running system is not disturbed and
prevent damage to electrical equipment.
The results of time current curve in each design of elctrical system
plannings obtained from analysis and manual calculation result give the
recommendation to set pick up and adjustment grading time of
overcurrent relays both of phasa OCR and ground fault relay (GFR).
The setting of ground fault relay for distribution trafo 6.3 kV with NGR
25A recommended to use 51G relay with definite curve because the
single line to ground fault current is a short circuit fault and matching
to the NGR value. Based on analysis in each design of electrical system,
the value of pick up setting for 51 OCR phasa is different although in
same typical. Its caused the value of contribution short circuit is
different in each design.
