Abstract
Kedelai merupakan tanaman penghasil protein nabati
tertinggi namun rentan terhadap kondisi lingkungan yang
tercemar logam berat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya
pemuliaan lahan tercemar logam berat, diantaranya melalui
fitoremediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh
kombinasi tanaman hiperakumulator pada pertumbuhan tanaman
kedelai (G.max) dalam mengatai stress akibat logam berat Mn.
Parameter yang diamati pada kedelai adalah tinggi
tanaman, jumlah daun, kadar klorofil, dan struktur anatomi akar.
Tanaman hiperakumulator diletakkan dalam satu polybag dengan
tanaman kedelai dalam tanah tercemar Mn 7,38 ppm. Hasil
pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA dan LSD pada
program SPSS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi tanaman
hiperakumulator memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah daun
dan kadar klorofil, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh pada
tinggi tanaman dan anatomi akar. Berdasarkan hasil LSD,
diketahui bahwa penggunaan perlakuan 1, sudah cukup untuk
mengatasi stress logam berat Mn pada tanaman kedelai.

Soybean is a plant producing the highest vegetable
protein, but is susceptible under conditions of heavy-metalcontaminated
soils. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce heavy
metal toxicity using one method such as phytoremediation. The
objectives of this research is to test the effects of
hyperaccumulator-mychorrhizal plants combination on soybean
(G. max) growth in overcoming heavy metal Mn stress
conditions.
The parameters measured were plants height, number of
leaves, chlorophyll contents, and root anatomy.
Hyperaccumulator plants were placed in a polybag with soybean
crop in 7,38 ppm Mn-contaminated soil. Observed data were
analyzed by ANOVA, continued by LSD, both test at level 5%.
The results show that hyperaccumulator-mycorrhizal
plants combination affect the number of leaves and chlorophyll
contents. However, the plants height and root anatomy did not
affected by hyperaccumulator-mycorrhizal plants combination.
The results from LSD show that using P1 is enough to overcome
heavy metal Mn stress on soybean plants.
