Abstract
PT Jaykay Files Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen pembuat alat perkakas kualitas dunia, yang mempunyai beragam jenis produk seperti files, cutting tools dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu produk yang paling banyak diproduksi yaitu kategori cutting tools jenis drills. Dalam proses produksi drills alur pembuatan masih didominasi oleh tenaga kerja manusia dan alat bantu produksi seperti vickers hardness tester telah berusia tua (±10 tahun) dan mengalami penurunan fungsi sehingga menghasilkan kualitas produk yang kurang memuaskan. Oleh karena itu ingin diketahui apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil pengukuran drills test block dan sistem pengukuran (measurement system) telah acceptable atau tidak. Dengan menggunakan data hasil pengukuran kekerasan terhadap tiga jenis drills test block yang dilakukan oleh tiga inspektor diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor drills test block, inspektor dan interaksi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil pengukuran serta hasil analisis gauge R&R bahwa sistem pengukuran di PT Jaykay Files Indonesia unacceptable
============================================================================================PT Jaykay Files Indonesia is one manufacturer of quality tooling tool in the world, who have various types of products such as files, cutting tools and so forth. One of the most widely produced products is the category cutting tools type of drills. In the production process drills creation flow is still dominated by human labor and production tools like vickers hardness tester old age (± 10 years) and decreased function so as to produce quality products that are less than satisfactory. Therefore we want to know whether the factors that affect the measurement results drills block test and measurement systems was acceptable or not. By using the measured data of violence against three types of drills test block conducted by three inspectors showed that the factor drills test block, inspectors and interactions have a significant influence on the results of measurement and analysis results gauge R & R that the measuring system in PT Jaykay Files Indonesia unacceptable
