Abstract

Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat yang ikut andil dalam
RAN-GRK dengan mengusung “Green Concept” masih membutuhkan usaha
efisiensi energi. Terlebih karena belum semua gedungnya menerapkan konsep
Green Building sehingga penggunaan energi Kantor Pusat Kementerian Pekerjaan
Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat belum mencapai efisiensi maksimal. Penerapan
smart grid yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi usaha efisiensi energi di Kantor Pusat
Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat membutuhkan Arsitektur
Sistem Informasi yang dapat menjelaskan arah pengembangan Sistem Informasi
Smart Grid yang dituju. Perancangan Arsitektur Sistem Informasi tersebut dapat
dilakukan dengan TOGAF ADM, sebuah metode pengembangan arsitektur dalam
TOGAF.
Dengan mengolah data dari hasil studi literatur dan pengumpulan data di
Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, penelitian ini menghasilkan
architecture vision, business architecture, dan information system architecture dari
smart grid yang mendukung efisiensi energi di Kantor Pusat Kementerian Pekerjaan
Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat.

The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) that took part in
RAN-GRK by carrying the "Green Concept" are still in need of energy efficiency.
Moreover, because not all of their building applied the concept of Green Building
so that their Main Office energy use has not reached maximum efficiency. The
implementation of smart grid that can be a solution for energy efficiency at the
Main Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, needs Information
Systems Architecture that can explain the direction of the development of Smart
Grid Information System intended. Architectural Design of Information Systems
can be done with the TOGAF ADM, an architecture development method in
TOGAF.
By processing the data from the study of literature and data collection at the
Ministry of Public Works and Housing, this study resulted in vision architecture,
business architecture, and information architecture of a smart grid system that
supports energy efficiency at the Main Office of the Ministry of Public Works and
Housing.
