Abstract

Generator adalah salah satu peralatan utama pada pembangkit dan merupakan peralatan dengan tingkat kekritisan yang tinggi. Dengan tingkat gangguan yang tinggi, kajian peralatan perlu dilakukan ditinjau dari faktor ekonomisnya, apakah akan tetap mempertahankan, ataukah melakukan penggantian peralatan. Metode yang banyak digunakan untuk menganalisa kelayakan peralatan dan penggantiannya dengan mempertimbangkan biaya yang timbul selama masa pakainya adalah analisa biaya siklus hidup (life cycle costing analysis) dan analisa penggantian (replacement analysis). Metode penelitian yang dilaksanakan yaitu melakukan kajian literatur, mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan, menentukan komponen biaya dalam life cycle cost, menentukan model life cycle cost yang sesuai, melakukan perhitungan life cycle cost dan replacement analysis, menganalisa hasil perhitungan dan mengambil kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, juga dilakukan perhitungan terhadap keandalan peralatan existing sebagai data pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan. Nilai life cycle cost untuk masing-masing alternatif adalah sebagai berikut. Nilai LCC untuk alternative 1 sebesar Rp.604.323.538.638; alternative 2 sebesar Rp. 564.543.953.550,-; alternative 3 sebesar Rp. 322.802.322.719,-; dan alternatif 4 sebesar Rp.341.045.197.768,-. Dengan menggunakan replacement analysis, disarankan untuk melakukan penggantian dengan peralatan non – OEM dalam jangka waktu 4 tahun, dikarenakan mulai terjadi peningkatan biaya tahunan.

The generator is one of the main equipment in the power plant. It has high level of criticality. With a high level of interference, it is important to conduct a studies about the equipment in terms of economic factors. The decicion need to be taken is usually between keep the equipment or to replace equipment. The methods that are widely used to analyze the appropriateness of equipment and its replacement by considering costs occured during its useful life are life cycle costing analysis and replacement analysis. The research methods carried out are conducting a literature review, collecting necessary data, determining the cost components in the life cycle cost, determining the appropriate life cycle cost model, performing life cycle cost and replacement analysis, analyzing the results of the calculations and take conclusions from the results of the study . In this study, also performed calculations on the reliability of existing equipment as supporting data in decision making. Life cycle cost values for each alternative are as follows. LCC value for alternative 1 is Rp.604,323,538,638; alternative 2 is Rp. 564,543,953,550; alternative 3 is Rp. 322.802.322.719, -; and alternative 4 in the amount of Rp.341,045,197,768. By using replacement analysis, it is recommended to replace the equipment with non-OEM within 4 years, due to the beginning of an increase in annual costs.
