Abstract

Perencanaan Struktur Gedung My Tower Surabaya setinggi 20
lantai (+82,55 m) akan dimodifikasi menggunakan beton prategang pada
lantai 5 yang akan didesain menjadi ballroom tanpa ada struktur kolom
di tengah ruangan sehingga ballroom menjadi lebih nyaman dan luas
dibandingakan dengan penggunaan balok non prategang yang akan
menghasilkan dimensi yang lebih besar. Di Indonesia, pembangunan
suatu gedung harus memenuhi standar gedung yang tahan gempa,
mengingat wilayah Indonesia termasuk ke dalam kawasan ring of fire
dimana sering terjadi pergerakan lempeng yang mengakibatkan gempa.
Dalam perencanaannya, struktur Gedung My Tower Surabaya ini
menggunakan Sistem Ganda. Sistem Ganda (dual system) adalah salah
satu sistem struktur yang beban gravitasinya dipikul sepenuhnya oleh
rangka utama, sedangkan beban lateralnya dipikul bersama oleh rangka
utama dan dinding struktur. Rangka utama dan dinding struktur didesain
sebagai Struktur Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan Dinding
Struktur Beton Khusus (DSBK). Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan,
didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa rangka utama gedung mampu menahan
beban lateral arah X sebesar 25,09% dan arah Y sebesar 28,55%
sehingga syarat Sistem Ganda terpenuhi. Gaya prategang didapat
sebesar 5.116,45 kN dengan kehilangan gaya prategang sebesar 27,16%.

Building planing of My Tower Surabaya Apartemen as high as 20
floors (+82,55 m) will be modified using prestressed concrete beam on
the 5th floor which will be designed as ballroom without any coloumn in
the middle of the ballroom so it will be more comfortable and has wide
view than using non prestressed beam that will produce a larger
dimension. In Indonesia, the building construction must be designed as
Eartquake-Resistant Building Standard, given of Indonesia’s position at
the ring of fire where the movement of the plates often happens that cause
earthquakes. The structure design of My Tower Surabaya will use dual
system method, where the gravity loads will be resists by main frame, and
the lateral loads will be resists by shearwall and frame at the same time.
The main frame will be designed as Special Moment Frame System
Bearers and the shearwall will be designed as Special Structural Wall.
From the analysis result, it was concluded that the main frame is able to
withstand 25,09% of the lateral loads at X direction and 28,55% at the Y
direction, so Dual System requirements are met. Prestressed force
obtained at 5.116,45 kN and has loss of prestresing force at 27,16%.
