Abstract

This final project choose Fave Hotel which is builded at Panglima Sudirman Road No.51 Bojonegoro as a reference, in this final project Fave Hotel is designed to be build at Sumenep which is an area that included as a seismic design category C. Thus the calculations for this building will be using Intermediate Moment Resisiting Frame System (SRPMM). The reference for this final project design and calculations will referring to the standarization that applied in Indonesiaa, such as SNI 1726-2012, SNI 2847-2013, SNI 17272013, Indonesia Hazzard Map 2010, and PPIUG 1983. Meanwhile for the structur analysis will use SAP200 program.
