Abstract

Lautan di Indonesia memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan sehari hari mengingat negara ini dikenal sebagai negara maritim. Sarana transportasi laut terutama pelayaran kapal sangat dipengaruhi oleh cuaca maritim. Oleh karena itu kebutuhan informasi cuaca pada bidang pelayaran sangat penting untuk menentukan kelayakan pelayaran kapal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode logika fuzzy takagi sugeno untuk memprediksi cuaca maritim. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari Stasiun Meteorologi Perak 1 Surabaya selama 3 tahun yaitu tahun 2012-2014. Keluaran prediksi cuaca pada logika fuzzy berupa ketinggian gelombang dan curah hujan. Dua variabel tersebut sangat mempengaruhi untuk pelayaran kapal nelayan. Selain menggunakan data dari BMKG dilakukan validasi menggunakan data dari buoyweather. Hasil penelitian didapatkan keakuratan hasil prediksi ketinggian gelombang untuk prediksi 1 jam, 3 jam, 6 jam, 12 jam, 24 jam adalah 91.25%, 90.98%, 89.90%, 87.88%, 84.38%. Pada pengujian curah hujan didapatkan keakuratan hasil prediksi untuk prediksi 1 jam, 3 jam , 6 jam, 12 jam , 24 jam adalah 87.34%, 86.94%, 86.67%, 86.27%, 85.25%. Kelayakan pelayaran nelayan untuk prediksi 24 jam ke depan untuk kapal nelayan 1-7 GT adalah 86.40% dan 8-34 GT adalah 100%.

Ocean in Indonesia has an important role in their daily lives considering the country is known as a maritime country. Marine transportation, especially cruise ship is strongly influenced by maritime weather. Hence the need of weather information in the field of shipping is very important to determine the feasibility of shipping. On the research method using fuzzy logic takagi sugeno to predict the weather. The data used are the data from Meteorological Station Perak 1 Surabaya for 3 years 2012-2014. Weather prediction output in the form of fuzzy logic wave height and rainfall. Two of these variables strongly influence for cruise boats. In addition to using data validation done BMKG using data from buoyweather. The research results obtained by wave height prediction accuracy for the prediction of 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours was 91.25%, 98.81%, 89.90%, 87.88% 84.38%. On testing the accuracy of the results obtained by precipitation prediction for the prediction of 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours was 87.34%, 86.94%, 80%, 86.27%, 85.25%. The feasibility of the fishing voyage for prediction of 24 hours ahead for fishing boats 1-7 GT was 86.40% and 8-34 GT is 100%.
