Abstract

Pengkondisian udara nyaman adalah proses perlakuan terhadap udara untuk mengatur temperatur, kelembaban, kebersihan dan pendistribusiannya untuk mencapai kondisi nyaman. Pengkondisian udara saling berkaitan dengan bidang refrigerasi, suatu simulator atau alat pengkondisian udara dapat menghasilkan udara nyaman ketika bidang refrigerasinya bekerja dengan baik. Air Conditioning Laboratory unit Pa Hilton A575 merupakan simulator pengkondisian udara yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai proses-proses psikrometrik seperti pemanas (heating), pendingin (cooling), penambahan dan pengurangan kandungan air di udara (humidifying-dehumidifying). Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu perancangan alat untuk mengetahui nilai temperatur di komponen kondensor dan evaporator pada Air Conditioning Laboratory unit A575. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan perancangan sistem monitoring dan akuisisi data temperatur di komponen kondensor dan evaporator pada Air Conditioning Laboratory Unit PA Hilton A575 dengan menggunakan sensor LM35, arduino uno 328, sebagai display LCD 16 x 2 dan terhubung dengan software Visual Studio 2010 serta akuisisi data menggunakan software Microsoft access. Alat ukur hasil rancang bangun ini memiliki ketidakpastian sebesar ± 0,13°C dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari data temperatur, didapat nilai COP 6,04 pada temperatur kondensor 34,50°C dan temperatur evaporator 29,60°C. Nilai COP tersebut diketahui lebih besar dari nilai COP Standar ASHARE yaitu sebesar 3,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem refrigerasi yang bekerja pada Air Conditioning Laboratory Unit PA Hilton A575 masih dapat berfungsi dengan baik. ==================================================================================================== Comfort air conditioning is the process of handling the air to regulate temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and distribution for comfortable condition. Comfort air conditioning related with refrigeration, a simulator of air conditioning can generate a comfortable air when part of refrigeration works well. Air Conditioning Laboratory unit Pa Hilton A575 is an air conditioning simulator equipped with a variety of processes such as heating (heating), cooling (cooling), increasing and decreasing water content of air (humidifying-dehumidifying). Therefore we need a design to determine the temperature value in the condenser and evaporator components of Air Conditioning Laboratory unit A575. This research has been conducted design of temperature monitoring system and data acquisition in part of condensor and evaporator air conditioning laboratory unit pa Hilton a575 components using LM35 sensor, arduino uno 328, as a display is LCD 16 x 2 and connecting with visual studio 2010 software and data acquisition using Microsoft access software. The design of measuring system has uncertainties ± 0.13 ° C with a 95% confidence level. Based on calculation of temperature value, obtained the COP value 6.04 at condensor temperature 34.50 ° C and evaporator temperature 29.60 ° C. The COP values are greater than value of COP ASHARE standard by 3.05. It can be concluded that the refrigeration system that works on the Air Conditioning Laboratory Unit Pa Hilton is still able to function properly.
