Abstract

Sistem pengkondisian udara pada saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan yang banyak diperhatikan oleh masyarakat, khususnya untuk lingkungan kerja agar menjadi nyaman. Beberapa aspek kenyamanan termal yang sering diperhatikan adalah temperatur, kelembaban dan kecepatan udara. Air Conditioing Laboratory Unit PA Hilton A575 merupakan salah satu sistem simulator untuk menyediakan pengkodisian udara. AC. Lab Unit ini dilengkapi dengan proses – proses psikometrik seperti heating, cooling, humidifying dan dehumidifying. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu perancangan alat untuk mengetahui temperatur, kelembaban serta kecepatan putar centrifugal fan yang dimiliki oleh AC. Lab Unit. Pada penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, perancangan sistem monitoring rpm, temperatur dan kelembaban dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor hall effect, DHT22, ardunio mega 2560, display LCD dan akuisisi data dengan menggukanan software visual basic 2008 yang sudah terkoneksi database microsoft access. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, didapatkan bahwa pada pengukuran rpm diperoleh nilai ketidakpastian ±46,094 rpm, sedangkan pengukuran temperatur didapatkan nilai ketidakpastian ±1,587 oC dan untuk pengukuran kelembaban didapatkan nilai ketidakpastian ±2,199%. Ketidakpastian pengukuran tersebut didapatkan dengan menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dari data hasil monitoring, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa AC. Lab. Unit PA Hilton A575 masih dapat menyediakan ketiga aspek kenyaman termal, yaitu kecepatan aliran udara, temperatur dan kelembaban sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku

Nowadays, Air conditioning system has become human needs, especially for work environment to be comfortable to do various activities. Several aspects of the thermal comfort often consideration is temperature, humidity and air speed. Air Conditioing Laboratory Unit PA Hilton A575 is one of simulator to provide air conditioning. In this AC. Lab. Unit equipped with the process of psychometrics to such as heating, cooling, dehumidifying. Because of that, it takes a design of instrument for know that temperatures, humidity and the rotary centrifugal fan owned by AC. Lab. Unit PA Hilton A575. The research which is done system design and monitoring rpm fan, temperatures and humidity conducted using hall effect sensors, DHT22, ardunio mega 2560, display (LCD) and and data acquisitions by visual basic 2008 already connected with microsoft access database.Based on the results of testing, got that in the measurement of rpm obtained value uncertainty ±46,094 rpm, while the measurement of temperature obtained value uncertainty ±1,587oC and for measuring humidity had value uncertainty ±2,199%. Measurement uncertainty were obtained by using confidence level 95%. From data monitoing, get the conclusion that the Air Conditioing Laboratory Unit PA Hilton A575 still can provide the third aspect of thermal comfort, speed the flow of air, temperature and humidity in accordance with applicable standards.
