Abstract
Saat ini TPPI Tuban sedang sedang merencanakan tiga
buah jetty baru, yaitu dua jetty untuk wilayah selatan dan satu jetty
untuk wilayah utara. Direncanakannya jetty baru karena saat ini
dermaga (jetty) exsisting sudah tidak cukup melayani arus bongkar
muat minyak. Selain itu kilang Tuban perlu di tambah seiring
dengan meningkatnya arus bongkat muat, penambahan kilang
minyak bertujuan agar Indonesia tidak lagi mengandalkan kilang
minyak dari luar negeri, dan bisa mengolah minyak mentah dari
dalam negeri.
Dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada, akibat
meningkatnya arus bongkar muat, maka dibutuhkan suatu design
struktur dermaga yang memenuhi standart dan dapat dilaksanakan
di lapangan. Dalam tugas akhir ini jetty yang direncanakan yaitu
jetty selatan yang terletak disebelah kanan. Untuk jetty selatan
menyalurkan hasil Minyak MDO (Marine Diesel Oil) dan Minyak
IFO (Intermediate Fuel Oil).
Tujuan dari Tugas akhir ini adalah menghasilkan
perencanaan struktur dermaga yang sesuai dengan standart
perencanaan dermaga dan memenuhi syarat keamanan struktur.
Hasil analisis perhitungan didapatkan kebutuhan jetty
dengan ketentuan Loading Platform sebesar 24 x 18 m, Mooring
Dolphin 2,8 x 2,8 m, Breasting Dolphin 4,8 x 4,8 m dan Catwalk

dengan panjang 15 dan 7,5 meter. Rencana Anggaran biaya yang
diperlukan untuk pembangunan jetty ini adalah Rp.
30.659.519.200
===============================================================================================Nowadays TPPI Tuban is planning to build (3) three
quays; 2 (two) in the South region and 1 (one) in the North region.
The project is conducted due to the unability of the existing quay
to carry out loading and unloading process of oil. Besides, Tuban’s
refinery installation should be added in line with the intensity of oil
loading and unloading process. Also, the refinery installation
addition it means that Indonesia can do refinery process itself
minimizing dependancy on forgein countries, and can process the
raw oil domestically.
Seeing the existing problem due to the increasing activities
of oil loading and unloading process, it is needed to have quay
structure design which can fulfil standart requitment and feasible
to be constructed. In this final assignment, the will-be constructed
quay is the one in the Southern right of the region. The Southern-
position quay is meant to distribute the products of Marine Diesel
Oil (MDO) and Intermediate Fuel Oil (IFO) .
The objective of this final assignment is produce quay
structure planning which can fulfill standart quay planning
requirement resulting structurally safe quay.
From calculation analysis is obtained the following
specified capacity of quay: Loading platform with the size of 24 x
18 m; Mooring dolphin with the size of 2,8 x 2,8 m; Breating
dolphin with the size of 4,8 x 4,8 m; and Catwalk as long as 7,5 and 15 m. The calculated budget for constructing the quay is IDR
30,659,159,200.
