Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia konstruksi
ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya inovasi dan teknologi
yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi itu sendiri.
Hal ini bertujuan untuk menambah metode pelaksanaan
alternatif yang akan digunakan sehingga menghasilkan
pekerjaan konstruksi yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam
pekerjaan pembuatan cetakan beton telah dikembangkan
beberapa jenis bahan bekisting diantaranya bekisting
fiberglass yang menjadi alternatif menguntungkan dari segi
biaya dan waktu. Bekisting fiberglass mempunyai
keunggulan seperti dapat digunakan berulang kali dan
waktu pelaksanaan yang lebih cepat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa
penerapan bekisting fiberglass dan perbandingan dengan
bekisting semi konvensional pada proyek Apartemen Grand
Taman Melati Margonda Depok ditinjau dari segi waktu
dan biaya. Metodologi dalam penyelesaian ini yaitu dengan
cara melakukan identifikasi masalah pengumpulan dan
pengelolaan data kemudian pembuatan zonasi dan rotasi
pekerjaan bekisting. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisa
komponen bekisting, perhitungan perkuatan bekisting,
metode pelaksanaan, perhitungan kebutuhan material,
analisa produktifitas, analisa biaya dan analisa
perbandingan.
Dari hasil penelitian pada pembangunan gedung
Apartemen Grand Taman Melati Margonda Depok biaya
pekerjaan bekisting untuk kolom, balok dan pelat
menggunakan bekisting fiberglass Rp 4.126.191.764,95,-
sedangkan bekisting semi konvensional
Rp 4.374.614.758,22 sehingga bekisting fiberglass lebih
murah Rp 248.422.993,27,- (5,68%). Dari segi waktu
pelaksanaan bekisting fiberglass 483 hari sedangkan
bekisting semi konvensional 585 hari sehingga bekisting
fiberglass juga lebih cepat 102 hari dibandingkan dengan
bekisting semi konvensional.

Technological developments in the construction
world is marked by the increasing number of innovation and
technology used in the construction itself. It aims to add an
alternative implementation methods that will be used to
produce construction works effectively and efficiently. In the
work of making concrete mold, it has developed several
types of formwork materials including fiberglass formwork
being profitable alternative in terms of cost and time.
Formwork fiberglass has an advantage such as it can be
used repeatedly and faster implementation time.
This study aims to analyze the application of
fiberglass formwork and comparison with semi conventional
formwork on the apartment project Grand Taman Melati
Margonda Depok in terms of time and cost. The
methodology in this settlement that is by identifying the data
collection and management issues then manufacture
formwork zoning and rotation jobs. Then proceed with the
analysis of the components of formwork, formwork
reinforcement calculation, methods of implementation material requirement calculations, productivity analysis,
cost analysis and comparative analysis.
From the results of the study, the formwork cost on
the construction of Apartment Grand Taman Melati
Margonda Depok for columns, beams and slabs using
fiberglass formwork Rp 4,126,191,764.95, - whereas using
semi conventional formwork Rp 4,374,614,758.22 so that
the formwork fiberglass is cheaper Rp 248 422. 993.27, -
(5.68%). In terms of execution time, fiberglass formwork
takes 483 days while the semi conventional formwork takes
585 days so that the fiberglass formwork is also faster 102
days compared with semi conventional formwork.
