Abstract
Arus penyeberangan Bali−Kepulauan Nusa Penida sering mengalami ketidak lancaran terutama pada saat musim liburan dan kegiatan perayaan keagamaan di Nusa Penida. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan mengembangkan model transportasi laut dengan skema pelayanan demand di Bali bisa terlayani. Model dikembangkan berdasarkan kondisi eksisting dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi peak season skema pengembangan transportasi laut dengan mengoperasikan seluruh kapal per masing-masing rute menunjukkan bahwa dengan hanya penambahan trip secara maksimal selama waktu operasional pelabuhan masih mencukupi permintaan penumpang terlayani sampai 2028 dari Padang Bay angkutan speed boat dengan trip per hari sebanyak 3 rountrip dengan unit biaya Rp 2.227.772,- per kapal. Skema dengan penambahan kecepatan kapal hingga trip bertambah bisa melayani penumpang dari Sanur dengan speed boat trip perhari sebanyak 3 roundtrip dengan unit biaya Rp 2.646.253, - per kapal, dari Kusamba dengan speed boat trip per hari sebanyak 4 roundtrip dengan unit biaya Rp 2.377.277, - per kapal. Untuk rute Padang Bay – Pelabuhan Induk Nusa Penida dengan kapal Ferry Ro-Ro skema yang digunakan dalam kasus ini adalah penambahan kapasitas kapal atau dalam hal ini penambahan kapal dengan sistem sewa. Ukuran utama kapal yang disewa dengan panjang 43,9 meter, Lebar 16 meter, draft 2,9 meter. Jumlah trip yang bisa dilayani sebanyak 2 roundtrip dengan unit biaya Rp 21.274.519, - per roundtrip.

The Flows crossings Bali-Nusa Penida islands often encounter lack of launch, especially during the holiday season and the activities of religious celebrations in Nusa Penida. This final project aims to develop a model of sea transport with demand service scheme in Bali could be served. The model was developed based on the existing condition, the results of study showed for peak season sea transport development scheme by operating throughout the whole vessels per each route shows that by adding only maximum trip during port operations still fulfill passenger demand served until 2028 from Padang Bay transport speed boat trips per day as much as 3 roundtrips with unit cost of Rp 2,227,772, - per boat. Scheme with the addition of boat speed can grow up to serve the passenger trip from Sanur by speed boat trip as much as 3 per day roundtrip with the unit cost of Rp 2,646,253, - per vessel, of Kusamba by speed boat trip per day as many as four roundtrip with the unit cost of Rp 2,377 .277, - per vessel. For Padang Bay - Main Port Nusa Penida with Ro-Ro ferry boat, the scheme which is used in this case is by adding the ship capacity or in this case the addition of vessels on a lease. The main size of vessels chartered by the length of 43.9 meters, width 16 meters, draft of 2.9 meters. The number of trips that can be served as much as 2 roundtrip with a unit cost of Rp 21,274,519, - per roundtrip.
