Abstract
Transportasi antar dua kota merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi penyebaran penyakit menular. Untuk mengeathui dampaknya, sebuah model penyebaran penyakit menular dengan tipe SEIRS diformulasikan dan dianalisis. Analisis model dilihat kestabilan secara bebas penyakit dan endemik dengan menunjukkan kestabilan asimtotik lokal pada keduanya. Hasilnya mengatakan bahwa hubungan transportsi dapat membuat keadaan menjadi endemik pada masing-masing wilayah sehingga orang yang terinfeksi akan semakin bertambah dengan melakukan pepindahan antar dua kota. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan informasi untuk mencegah penyebaran lebih luas lagi
============================================================================================Transportation among cities is found as one of the main factors which affect the outbreak of diseases. To understand the effect of the transport-related infection on disease spread, an SEIRS epidemic model for two city is formulated and analyzed. It can be shown by the disease-free and an endemic equilibrium locally asymptoticlly stable. The result shows that transport-related infection intensifies the disease spread if infectious diseases break out to cause an endemic situation in each region, in the sense of that both the absolute and relative size of patients increase. And it shows that the transport-related infection is effected to the number of infected individuals and the duration outbreak in such the way that the disease becomes more endemic due to movement between two cities. This study can be helpful in providing the information to public health authorities to reduce spreading disease when its occur
