Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan bahan bakar serta harga bahan bakar,
sehingga pemerintah mengeluarkan Peraturan Presiden Republik
Indonesia No. 5 Tahun 2006 tentang kebijakan energi nasional untuk
Pasar, Aspek Teknis Produksi & Teknologi, Aspek Lingkungan, Aspek
Ekonomi serta Analisa Bahaya. Potensi bahan baku sebesar 26,8 kg/hari
yang diolah menghasilkan 1,29 m3/hari biogas, 9,6 kg/hari pupuk padat,
150,4 kg/hari pupuk cair.
harga pemakaian biogas selama setahun, yaitu sebesar Rp. 19.882.496.

The growing need for fuels and fuel prices, the government
issued Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of
2006 on national energy policy to develop alternative energy sources as
a substitute for fuel oil (BBM) to resolve the energy crisis that occurred
in Indonesia. Not only is it an alternative energy source derived from
sewage effluent can also reduce environmental pollution. As the ships
that produce waste from one form of Sewage. One source of biomass
energy is biogas, biogas material using human excretion from the
sanitary discharge vessel.
Biogas system that will be applied on passenger ships will be
discussed using a feasibility study covering the Market Aspects,
Technical Aspects of Production & Technology, Environmental Aspects,
Economic Aspects and Hazard Analysis. Potential raw material at 26.8
kg / day which is processed to produce 1.29 m3 / day of biogas, 9.6 kg /
day of solid manure, 150.4 kg / day of liquid fertilizer. Benefits or
installation project acceptance biogas derived from the sale of organic
fertilizer and the use of biogas produced. The price of gas is converted
with the price of oil use diesel or LPG issued by the ship during this
time. Assuming the use of LPG by the galley can be seen during the use
of biogas price over the year, amounting to Rp. 19,882,496. For liquid
and solid fertilizer production per year gained acceptance as much as
Rp 72.48 million per year. By investing in interest rate of 10% for 20
years can be declared "Eligible" for a long-term investment
