Abstract
Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang optimasi desain seafastening container crane
PT. BJTI untuk proses transportasi menggunakan barge. Pada tugas akhir ini
optimasi yang dilakukan adalah meminimumkan biaya mempertimbangkan
keselamatan pada struktur container crane. Analisis diawali dengan permodelan
barge PUMA 7 menggunakan software MAXSURF, dan juga permodelan struktur
container crane menggunakan software SACS. Selanjutkan dilakukan analisis
stabilitas dan juga RAO keadaan lightship, ¼ load, halfload, dan fulldraugth.
Analisis selanjutnya adalah analisis spektrum respon untuk mencari percepatan
pada gerakan heave, pitch, dan roll. Dari percepatan yang sudah didapatkan
kemudian dihitung gaya yang bekerja pada setiap gerakan yang di input sebagai
beban pada struktur container crane untuk mendapatkan respon struktur, joint, dan
member kritis. Akibat gaya dari gerakan murni barge, struktur memerlukan
seafastening. Pada tahap ini dilakukan analisis keputusan kriteria majemuk dari
desain seafastening PT. Gama Inti Samudera, desain seafastening 02, dan desain
seafastening 03 dengan mempertimbangkan unity check, biaya, dan bobot
keseluruhan struktur. Hasil analisis keputusan kriteria majemuk untuk desain
seafastening yang paling optimal adalah desain seafastening 02 dengan biaya untuk
pengaadan hingga instalasi seafastening sebesar Rp. 2.383.885.001, unity check
terbesar adalah 0,832, dan bobot keseluruhan struktur container crane beserta
seafastening-nya sebesar 812,761 ton

Optimization is needed to find a minimum or maximum function. This final project
takes the subject of optimizing the design of PT. BJTI’s container crane
seafastening for barge transporting. This final project aims to minimise the cost
while taking into account the structural safety of the container crane. The analysis
is done by PUMA 7 barge modeling using maxsurf software, and also container
crane structural modeling using SACS software. Also done is stabilty analysis and
RAO in lightship, quarterload, halfload, and full draught conditions. The next
analysis is respond spectrum analysis to solve acceleration problem in heave, pitch,
and roll movement. From the acquired acceleration, the forces acting on each
movements, which will be used to determine structural response, and critical joints
and members, can be calculated. As a result of barge movement, seafastening is
required. Multiple criterial decision analysis of PT. Gama Inti Samudera’s
seafastening design, (02) seafastening design, and (03) seafastening design while
taking into account unity check, cost, and overall structural mass is done at this
stage. The decision analysis shows that the most optimum seafastening design is
(02) seafastening design with the cost, from prequiring up to installation, totaling
to Rp2.383.885.001 with the largest unity check being 0,832, and overall structural
mass being 812,761 tonnes
