Abstract

Kolom komposit salah satunya Concrete-Filled Tube (CFT) menawarkan beberapa kemudahan diantaranya mereka tidak perlu menggunakan bekisting, jumlah tulangan bisa dikurangkan atau dihilingkan, dan tidak diperlukan perkuatan. Secara struktular Concrete-Filled Tube (CFT) menawarkan beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan dengan beton bertulang dan kolom tipe i-section. Selain itu penggunaan Concrete-Filled Tube (CFT)) sebagai kolom pada bangunan membuat kolom lebih kuat dan mampu menyerap lebih banyak energi. Secara umum, dalam Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan validasi hasil eksperimental tentang pengaruh concrete-filled tube (CFT) dengan menggunakan double-skin tube (CFDST) tipe circular dalam menerima beban aksial, eksperimental tentang pengaruh concrete-filled tube (CFT) dengan menggunakan double-skin tube (CFDST) tipe dodecagonal dalam menerima beban lentur dan eksperimental tentang pengaruh concrete-filled tube (CFT) dengan menggunakan single-skin tube tipe circular dalam menerima beban aksial . Untuk melihat perilaku elemen dari dari hasil pengujian yang ditinjau akan menggunakan software ABAQUS. Setelah dilakukan validasi nantinya tipe tube iv akan diganti untuk mengetahui tipe mana yang paling optimal dalam menerima beban aksial dan lentur. Proses yang dilaksanakan selama running dengan software abaqus secara berurutan adalah pembuatan part, pembuatan material, assembly specimen, penentuan step, penentuan interaksi antar material pada specimen, pemberian perletakan, pemberian beban, meshing, dan running. Dari analisa Abaqus didapati bahwa perbedaan antara hasil eksperimental dengan abaqus adalah sebesar 12 persen. Adapun specimen yang paling baik dalam menerima tekan adalah single skin tube dengan tipe rectangular sementara yang paling buruk adalah double skin tube dengan tipe rectangular – circular. In general, in this final project will be the validation of experimental results on the effect of concrete-filled tubes (CFT) using double-skin tube (CFDST) type circular in receiving the axial load, the experimental effect of concrete-filled tubes (CFT) using double -skin tube (CFDST) dodecagonal type in receiving the experimental bending load and on the influence of concretefilled tubes (CFT) using single-skin in a circular tube-type receiving axial loads. To view the behavior of the elements of the test results will be reviewed using ABAQUS software. After vi validation of the type of tube will be replaced to determine which type is most optimal receiving axial loads and bending. Processed at running are make a part of the element, and then define the material of the element itself. After Define the element the next step is assembly the specimen.. The next step after assembly are decide the type of interaction between element. Next step are make the boundary condition, meshing, and the last one is running the program. From Abaqus, it shows that the percentage between experimental and using software are 12%. In another way, the best specimen of CFT that have axial force are single tube rectangular type. The worst one was double skin tube with rectangular and circular tube. Whenever the concrete already in cracking force the element of steel is not yet in yielding position
